5 months agoThey don’t wash your car. Every time I come out the back it is completely dirty. Attaching a few pictures below. Also, when you click on cancel membership on their site, it says that its broken and you can’t do it. a month agoDont go here if you drive any type of low to the ground sports car. Scraped the underbelly of my mustang getting onto the treadmill. Think maybe even the guy directed my car too far. Either way, bad experience. Didnt even get a free upgrade for my sticker coming through. Scraping the sticker off when I get home and cancelling membership. Can wash my car better than this place. It didnt even get the bird dropping off my car. After the wash noticed tears in the plastic underneath. Bad, bad, terrible experience. Only grateful my tires and wheels seem to be ok.2 months agoIt’s a pretty good car wash place. I actually wanted to sign up for the unlimited monthly package but they won’t do it for a month at a time you have to sign up for automatic billing. That was disappointing because I really wanted to try it for a month to see if I’d actually use it enough. Offered to pay cash but was turned down.
Nice staff and the place does appear to be well run and tidya month agoThey put no effort in using the scrubber on the front side of my truck when I came here to get bird dropping off….THEN, instead of smelling the lovely scent of soap come through the vents, my car reeks of a sulfur /egg smell.
There must be a bad drain or it’s just nasty full of algae in the car wash tunnel.. I have to go to buy febreze as the smell is in circulating through my ac filter now????
THEY NEED TO CLEAN THE TUNNEL IT’S GROSS.

3 months agoI’ve been paying for a high roller accounts on two vehicles for over a year now and they still have not been able to constantly clean the rims and tires 80% of the time they come out like this after they supposedly added tire shine and wiped down the rims. Wash! ????5 months agoI canceled the monthly subscription of my two SUVs by texting to the specified number and I was billed again beginning of this month. I also e-mailed my request to the address provided and that email address doesn’t even exist (look at the attached picture). Still waiting to get my money back and to be sure that they have canceled my subscription. Look for another car wash provider in your area.a month agoI had a membership here for about 3 years and finally threw in the towel this weekend and canceled it. When it opened it was a great place to keep your car nice. However, it has progressively gone bad.
It started with the occasional vacuum not working when they open and they wouldn’t know about. Equipment breaks down, you should test things prior to opening so you can better manage the days services.
Over the last year every single weekend the car wash itself breaks, vacuums break. The staff, rather than informing the customers who have paid and are in line wondering why the cars aren’t being cleaned, get on their cell phones. Really bad management.
Honestly, the location is wonderful but they have a ternager managing so you get zero experience and lots of frustration.
Owners, do a better job and hire a manager who is capable.
a month agoHad to do a quick trip to north Texas and killed lots of bugs along the way. Drove through here when I got back home, and this place did a pretty decent job getting most of the bug remains off. With the sweltering heat we’ve had, the last thing I wanted was to allow them to bake on any more than they have. Definitely recommend.

I have had the high roller subscription to Wash N Roll for about a year. It’s 40$ a month for unlimited car washes. If you paid each trip it would equal 2 car washes. In my mind I tell myself that after two washes I’m getting free washes with the subscription plan. The best part is that there are several Wash N Rolls around the Austin area and suburbs so you can swing in to one when ever you are in the area. The vacuums are free so you aren’t rushing to beat the countdown timer because you are out of quarters. They have a floor mat cleaning machine but I’ve never used it. Is the high roller subscription worth it? It includes a tire shine and polish which is why I pay for it.
Food was lousy beef and broccoli dry hardly any sauce
Waitress wanted me to wait for my meal appetizers first l didn’t order appetizers because we were a large party. Food was lousy and pricy.
The kids that work here are always hustling. The only problem I’ve ever had is when I’m in the monthly membership line three cars back waiting to be checked in and someone pulls in the “non-membership” side (where no cars are) they should pay attention to which cars were there first. Not go back and forth – as one girl said. It should be first in line, first checked in. Apparently it’s too hard to notice who was in line first for her…
The car wash itself is pretty basic. Straight forward. The vacuums only work about half the time. Their “free towel dry” is a joke.
When I decided to go here today, it was because my car was dirty. I went on a ride through a magical tunnel in which my car was coated in a foamy spray then scrubbed with a Squidward-looking device. Then when I thought it just couldn’t get any better…spinning brushes came along Dance along my doors!!!! Can you believe it??
When they were done , I left with a clean and shiny car!
It was truly amazing!
(Oh, and they aren’t Wash-N-Roll anymore. They are now Go Carwash.)
