4 weeks agoI have never used this car wash before and never will again. I always use automated car washes, sometimes I’m familiar with how they “should” operate. Rubber Duck Car Wash did NOT operate the way it should have. It did Not highlight each step it was on, on the board. I chose the highest price wash so it would be extra clean, waxed, and protective coated. Before the drying mode could even activate, the board said it was finished, the door went up, and the voice said to exit. THEN the dryer activated, but never completely went around my car. When I did exit, I couldn’t even get out to examine the wash job, because you exit right out to the street. Before I could even get home, I noticed the passenger side of the windshield wasn’t even cleaned. Once I did get home, I found gobs of bird droppings in 2 places still on my car and other scattered places where the car wasn’t even washed. It was mostly pollen on the car and the bird droppings when I pulled into the car wash. I paid $17. and got taken by this car wash. Don’t waste your money.3 weeks agoIt’s OK. Nothing to write home about. worth $10 to me? Jury’s out.

Maybe I went thru on an off day? it was 6:30 a.m.. I went thru spot free rinse, which worked because hardly any HIGH END SOAP was dispensed, nothing to leave spots. SOFT TOUCH IN WAREHAM Has MASTER BLASTER SOAP DISBURSEMENT….Again only my opinion. If the Owner would like to credit me for a second run thru, id gladly offer my honest opinion…..JUST SAYIN.8 months agoI’ve been frequenting this car wash for years and always go out of my way to come here over any others in the city. Equipment is always well kept and up-to-date. The entire property is always well kept with cleanliness considering the amount of inconsiderate people there are who don’t care as much as these lovely owners. I’m not sure if it’s the owner who I always see there on site or one of the workers, but the older gentleman I always see is so personable and pleasant! Always has a smile to exchange or a small conversation just to say hello and ask how I am. I enjoy chatting with your employee that pressure washes the bays ,he does such a good job washing all the dirt,mud & filth from the trucks and 4 wheelers that go off-road, Below you will find a few pictures of my car after i washed it today, it is a 2015 Vw Golf Sportwagen Sel Trim, Last year that volkswagen will ever offer a diesel engine in the United States. I usually use the automatic soft cloth and it use to be the best car wash in town, but now … it doesn’t even get the dead bugs off my windshield…..and the triple foam is no longer foamy …. it’s really sad to say I will no longer be using this car wash…. For it is too expensive for a really bad car wash.4 months agoI paid to use there car wah and no soap came out of there high pressure soap or low pressure soap this is 2nd time I’ve been here there won’t be a 3rd10 months agoDecent prices to wash your car. The actual way is good. However the dryer system is as useful as a cement parachute. Just bring a towel and expect to hand dry your vehicle.

Recommend just going to a wash and vacuum urself, $32 for gold and my car was not properly vacuumed and still had specs of dirtiness on outside. They didn’t even give a good wipe down where cup holders are! Had everything removed in my car for them!
Not worth the $34 gold pack.
They do a Ok job for windows but vac is not worth the money when rushing and the solution is simple for better results .
This wash does 300+ cars a day in the winter on a Sat.
Do the math . They can do a better job for all the money they make .
Crew rushes through vacuum and never cleaned trunk .
It is however is the best car wash by itself in the area .
Ownership should SERIOUSLY consider moving the vacuum set up over to one side allowing a exterior only lane .
Have them merge lanes BEFORE the wash entrance and they will be more efficient and make more profit on high volume days .
Also should consider adding card reader swipes to customer use vacuums.
Getting cash & changing in dollars for .25c pieces to run the machines is so outdated and inconvenient.
Again this is the best wash tunnel with updated equipment and clean water anywhere on the south coast .
Worth for the wash , but skip paying for vac service .
Attendance there do a good job. They clean the rims, windows all around, dash (I think since my stuffy octopus was moved) vacuum the front and second row only. If you have a third row or cargo you’ll need to do them yourself at the self service vacuums. Everyone is nice. A little pricey but for the amount of workers there getting it done quickly you can’t expect much less.
Great place to get a car wash. They have a “Flex” level of service where they vacuum the carpets and clean the inside windows.
At this car wash, attendants drive your car into and out of the car wash. So secure valuables out of sight.

Horrible experience today at Minit Man Car Wash 2351 Purchase st. New Bedford, Massachusetts (5/6/2023) for a 12 plus year customer. Today was a beautiful day, and they were busy! I was in line and noticed the vaccum workers barely escaping harms way as the “BOSS” was rushing and drove a car forward to the car wash. Also, the guy wiping the cars with the mop stick was chasing the same car down to do his portion of work before the car entered the wash.
I ordered the $34 GOLD FLEX prior to this observation. As I pulled up and handed my vehicle over, I said to the guy who told me he is the boss, “It seems like you’re rushing, I’m a frequent customer who tips well. AlI I’m asking is that you can be patient, so they vacuum my vehicle good.”
His reply was in an arrogant tone, “I’m not rushing!!!” I told him how I saw the vacuum workers still vacuuming as he was driving the car forward! I told him I would tip $6 to the workers and all I would like is for them to not rush.
Guess what???? They rushed and just kept slamming cars in that machine. The time was 1300, so it wasn’t like they were trying to go home. I have never made ANY requests there until today. I ALWAYS say I like the gold wash please, and get out of my vehicle.
As my vehicle came out, followed by 20 other vehicles. I looked at my WeatherTech Mat, and there was still a good amount of sand. The mat isn’t even fastened. They could have removed it, slapped it against a pole, and most of the sand would’ve been gone.
The outer windows, dashboard, and center console were all not wiped as they usually are. It was very disappointing because I have been going here for years. I will take my business to the Cumberland farms auto wash in the north end near Sassaquin or wash my SUV myself. I use minute man or milli second rush man car wash out of convenience. Not anymore.
I have included detailed pictures for reference so new and existing customers can be aware. Due to inflation, everything is expensive, and for a 40 dollar wash with tip to be disappointed, it’s just not worth it.
I would rather personally pay someone in need of $40 to clean my vehicle inside and out!!!
BTW, I still tipped $6.
