This one is as good as it gets. Friendly staff washed my rhino liners. I love the vacuum setup with the shade canopy. Multiple scents to make your truck smell great! Plenty of clean rags to do whatever. Excellent air pressure on their blowers at vacuum area with hoses that will actually reach all the way to the far end of your vehicle! 5 stars all day long. I recently purchased one of their monthly car wash memberships, Maria- the General Manager and Brandy were amazing, they were incredibly helpful! The process was very fast and easy. Can’t wait to keep my car looking clean all summer. Not only is the wash great, but the vacuums, fragrance sprays, and mat cleaners are great too! Staff is always friendly and attentive.a month agoGood car wash and the price is ok. Staff is inconsistent, and I have experienced good and bad washes. Recommend the owner train employees on good arm and hand signals. Sometimes, I can’t tell what they want me to do, move forward, or turn. Other than that, the wash itself is great. Also, like the towels and sprays that are provided.10 months agoLove water works express! mike is always helpful, always plenty of towels & cleaning supplies, drive right up with limited wait time, makes me love my minivan & keeps it looks nice. 2 months agoI took my car in for the inside to be cleaned and vacuumed out and I got it back with a quick wipe down and barely vacuumed. There was trash and dirt on the floor of the back seat. There was sand still in the back seat, bird mess still on the hood of the car and the didn’t vacuumed the trunk at all. There were leafs and dirt all over it.
At least the woman at the register was nice.
If I had realized I was going to have to vacuum my car still to actually get it clean I would have saved the 45 bucks and gotten food from next door.
a week agoI’ve used this place a few times, even purchased gift cards for others. In the past, 5 stars. Car looked as good as when I do it myself. Today, the exterior was great, but the vacuumed interior was really bad – and I paid extra for the Ultimate, too. Maybe the heat got to the employee who vacuumed…3 weeks agoI usually go to the San Marcos location and I have to always get them to re- vacuum and get the trash. It’s all ways a half a** job and if they just did it right the first time that would be awesome. Yesterday I went to the NB location and my car looked the BEST it’s ever looked when going to the wash tub and I’ve been a member for years. Joe is doing a great job! San Marcos location could learn a thing or two from NB location!a week agoPaid $170 for a detail here that took 3.5 hours and my car was returned to me still dirty. Had them take it back and fix while I waited another 1/2 hour and it was returned to me not as dirty but clearly not detailed. Visible dirt on my dash and other areas. Don’t waste your time and money at this location. Rip off.7 months agoI’d like to review the Wash Tub on business 35 in New Braunfels. From service quality to friendliness and even having treats for my dog Honey. Donuts and coffee were there for me. This place is exceptional ..plus the gift shop is unique and smells great. my car had so much dog hair from my big dog and when I got the car back there was no hair at all. It was polished , gleaming and smelled beautiful. my dog was so comfortable with the people that work and patronize them even with so many new noises for her to adjust to.. the best place I’ve ever been for car detailing ..Patricia Pace

I like the convenience of the car wash in locale to my home. I paid for unlimited wash, the price is more then reasonable if you take advantage of the unlimited washes. The quality of wash varies everytime I go?! Sometimes it looks like my car was only rinsed? Other times it appears to look like I washed and waxed the car by hand????♀️Everyone is friendly enough and the place is clean. I wish the dry cloths didn’t smell like dirty socks.Other then that the place is perfect…!
I need to give a shout out to GM Eric at the 46 location. He saw that I needed some help and stepped up immediately to help me solve a problem I was having. His attention to detail and friendly customer service made me decide to sign up all 3 of my vehicles on the Grand Slam plan. It’s nice to see folks that take pride in their work and strive to make their customers’ experience a great one. Eric really went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough. Big League Car Wash does not disappoint and is the place to go in New Braunfels to keep your vehicle clean!
Visited the afternoon of 6/10. The gentleman at the kiosk noticed we were from out of town and that the front end of the car clearly needed some TLC. Without asking, he notified the cleaning team we were coming through and asked that they provide some special attention to our vehicle. The gentlemen that provided the pre-soak and took a soapy brush to to the front end before we entered the car wash did a fantastic job!! The car looked beautiful when it exited. I truly appreciate their alertness and extra effort some tourists a long way from home.
Without a doubt the No. 1 car wash in the entire country! I have been a subscriber since they started and their excellent product continues. Example: I went in today to ask if my rubber mats would go thru the machine. They wouldn’t so Gustavo grabbed them and had the guys power wash them. Outstanding service!
Big League provides a great car wash experience and their services are great. The guys and gals out there assisting customers is great and very helpful. I recommend this place and hopefully more are built around the San Antonio area (preferably the far west side)!
