After telling the employee/manager about the issue I was told they will not do anything about it. Not the response I expected to get from “locally owned” business, the employee told me I could not speak with any owner as they are “Absentee Owners”. My vehicle is a 2021 Ford F-150 with a factory antenna and I have been a member for over a year.10 months agoPurchased the Jupiter wash 9/23/2022. As I was using the included vacuum I noticed that bug stains were still present on my grill, hood, bumper cover and outside mirrors. I drove back through the cashier booth and without question I was allowed to go through the wash again. I went back to the vacuum area to inspect the stains which were still present. I pressed the help button. A different person came out. I explained the situation and was offered a 3rd wash which I declined. She then suggested that I take a wet rag and Dawn dish soap and wash it off myself……Why did I come to a CAR WASH!?!? My last trip to Rocket Wash.2 months agoMy truck has a hitch on the back of it, therefore the worker told me I could not go thru the automatic carwash and to pull up and exit to the gate they pointed to. The gate opened and slammed on my hood, damaging my vehicle. The worker came out to take a report. i tried contacting the general manager Nick for a month with several messages without a reply. finally he answered me and told me it was not his responsibility and he was not going to cover the damage. He said the video tape was destroyed and asked how I was going to prove what happen. He told me to file it with my insurance…. He has horrible customer service and should not be in this position, very ignorant might I add. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS CAR WASH!

a year agoWe’ve been with rocket wash since they opened in Racine. We’ve never had problems until recently. We have 3 memberships, Jupiter, on all 3 vehicles. But recently we noticed a lot of scratches and scuffs on our honda odyssey. Since it is black we thought it was the color that made them seem so noticeable. We have a truck that we do not use winter time, so just this month June we renewed the membership and come to see there were scratches and marks on that one too. We did let management know that exact day about both cars and just today they got back to us. We were told that it is normal scrub marks and just recommended to add a clear coat. Are they going to pay for it? Obviously not. It’s 3 vehicles we had with them and some show the scratches, scuffs and marks more than others. We were told they checked cameras and couldn’t see anything. And what they saw were normal. We do see reviews and apparently we aren’t the only ones with this problem. Rocket wash needs to check what is going on. Like I said we’ve been using this car wash ever since they opened and never had a problem until recently. Also asked for a refund since I just used it that one day on the truck and they said they couldn’t do it. I will leave a video and a picture of one of the vehicles of “normal” scrub marks. They are all around the vehicle and it’s obvious they are from the car wash.2 years agoThey put me through the wash three different times because I complained and wouldn’t allow the third. It didn’t touch bugs on the front bumper and grill, or windshield. Also left dirt on the top of rear tailgate by emblem. I would highly not recommend this car wash.

5 months agoI have personally used Scrub for Oil changes for years. If your looking for a quick and basic oil change without leaving your vehicle this is a good spot. I have only had one problem with the service at Scrub-A-Dub. One time they forgot to put a rear differential plug back in my SUV. Luckily nothing was damaged. The car wash is Ok at best. It does the job if your looking for a quick wash. If you want all the bugs off after a long road trip, I would go somewhere with hands on service.3 months agoThis place is the biggest joke first my wife goes there 6 months back and they didn’t tighten her oil filter correctly so it leaked all the oil out . Then I go back forgetting they don’t have the slightest clue how to perform maintenance on vehicles and they over fill my rear end fluid to the point it blew my rear end seals out then the higher up call me and says it’s not there fault the place is a joke and should be shut down. Went for an oil change today and caught one of the guys bending the dipstick at the measuring end turning it upside down so the oil can drip to the full line. When confronted he admitted what he did and filled another quart . The manager came out making excuses why they have to hold the dipstick upside down . THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE and not filling cars to the full. Been going here for 8 years now but will not be back to get cheated and scammed. Love it when ya pay $98.00 for a truck trailer wash and pull out with soap everywhere and all this grease everywhere cause they can’t clean the bay after the washout in front of me. Screw you guys I’ll do my best never to be back
Love stopping here to get the truck washed, usually do above average. Stopped again 5/15/23 still one of the best!
When I called them to complain they laughed ,I really don’t know why they act that way. I told them 4 times to wash the cylinder in the picture but they ignored me. They didn’t used acid , there is grease on the rims , there is mud and grease on the paint. If they used acid to wash my truck I will fly to the moon and rotate it to see the other face of the moon. If they do not refund the money American Express will do it. Every one of you must open a dispute if they wash your truck the same way they washed mine. This will be the only way to determined them to do the right job.I told them to charge me extra just to make quality because I have to do some touch-up paint . I will call mobile truck wash to do the job. Manager asked me if I like the way the wash it and I show him few spots but there was a lot more. He tried to correct that but in the mean time the way he act he tried to convince me that is time to leave. Very simple they care just to take my money.
They did a fabulous job on my truck. They were very quick great team members.
They usually have all three lanes open including a trailer washout lane which is why I really like this Blue Beacon. I hate having to wait in line cuz some driver wants to wash his truck in the pouring rain for hours when I need a 10 min trailer washout
