I need to get better at making lists and sticking to them, because I end up at this place WAY too many times during the week! The store is clean, the employees are polite and helpful, the prices are competitive (and actually really good when you shop the sales and coupons), and I almost always find what I’m looking for. Just always a top-notch experience!
I would like to express my gratitude to the manager of this store, Jack, and the young man working at the Customer Service Desk, Cory. On Friday evening 11/4/22 after shopping at the store and receiving almost $20.00 back in store coupons and sales, I took my groceries out to my car and accidentally locked my keys and my phone in the car. I felt hopeless. I went inside to the customer service desk and the very nice young man Cory paged the manager for me and the two of them searched for ways to help me get into my vehicle. Cory let me use their store phone in a private corner to call AAA and arrange for someone to help me. He even let me have them call back there to the store since my cell phone was locked in the car and there was no other way to contact me. Indeed AAA did call back to the store within a few minutes to let me know that they were on the way. This young man was very professional. I learned that he was a senior in high school and working at Kroger. In this day and age trying so hard to find people to work, I really admire this. What I thought was a hopeless situation was resolved really in less than 30 minutes. I regularly shop at this Kroger versus the ones closer to my home in Blacksburg because it is simply just easier to navigate this store and the staff is generally friendly and professional.

Digital deals discriminate against senior citizens that do not use computers or smart phones to do grocery list or shopping. You really don’t have your loyal customers in mind.

A pretty nice Kroger to shop in for groceries. We have ordered large catering ordering from the deli and on numerous occasions it has been incorrect. Would be cautious about ordering large orders.
