What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. We have great Supervisors and Manager! I have seen where customers don’t see the managmanagement. Just look around you 98 percent of the time the management is working on the floor with us trying to help get product on the floor for customers. We are so shorthanded like so many other places.

  2. I have always had good experiences at this Kroger, esp when my kids were little and the people were so patient with our checkout process & having to put back items the kids snuck into the cart. This is the first day I’m taking the time to review because the experience this morning was so excellent. I had a VERY short window of time to pick up a cake I ordered. It was ready when I got there, bakery staff was very friendly & quick, gentleman at the checkout was very helpful and quick AND, to make it even better, the design on the cake is more & better than I requested. They were so quick I had time to write this review. Highly recommend!!

  3. The store was clean. The employees were polite and courteous. You can shop from a wheelchair. Most of the time, you have handicap parking available.

  4. Literally messes the order up every time, & if they’re running an hour or two behind, they don’t call, they wait until we show up to tell us, no, it’ll be 1 or 2 more hours.

A constant pain. Walmart has been non problematic. Officially switching.
