2 weeks agoMy car was overdue on a car wash. I stopped to give the place a try for the first time. I was really impressed with the work the gentleman did for my car. I plan to ask his name next time. They provided a hand wash before sending it down the machine line, which makes a big difference. The young lady at the register was friendly. I wish they would update the inside and outside. I would offer some of my services to the owner. At the time I went it had plenty of cars, which tells me that they can attract more if they would give it a face lift with improvements. I almost asked for the owner’s business card so I can give suggestions. Please reach out to me directly if your open to have a meeting.2 months agoThey used to be decent. Maybe we came on an off day? Literal crumbs still in the passenger seat, streaks all over the place. If it didn’t take almost 2 hours total for our very small car I would have had them fix it. They do a really detailed job. Excellent service.2 months agoThis place nickel n dimes you for everything. Add on for suv but it’s posted where you aren’t looking and just added on. You can’t get cash back with your card to tip. You have to use thier ATM and there is a charge for that. Don’t go here. Use another local car wash.

3 months agoI bought the $40 package. And let me say up front My truck was very dirty. But the job done really was not good. And when u ask the guy to hit the areas that should not have been missed, the manager, John comes over and tells me if you want a better job get a detail. He cuts u off, will not let u finish your statements. The customer service not good. You pay for the top package, get less than what you paid for and on top of it all have this rude person to tell you if you are not satisfied with our work, spend more money. Well, I will take his suggestion…I will get a detail but it will not be from there. If you want a good job and good customer service dont go to Rio car wash.3 months agoDo not get your vehicle done here. I originally thought they wash the vehicles by hand, but I was completely wrong. As soon as I saw the machine I let the lady know that my vehicle cannot pass through there and I was willing to pay the same price as long as my vehicle didn’t have to go through there because I have only had my vehicle hand washed and to my surprise the lady reassured me that there wouldn’t be any issues, I received my vehicle and there was a lot of small damages for example, scuff marks everywhere my paint chips, as well as I had some spots to my sunroof lift up because of those machines ,they didn’t do anything about it because of their policies, which assumed that that damage were on my vehicle prior to me servicing it, but this vehicle is brand new has only been hand washed by the Mercedes dealership so there’s no absolute way that my vehicle had any of the small damages prior to then once again don’t here, unless you are ready to pay for those damages that were done to your vehicle out of pocket yourself.3 months agoHorrible! They literally spend 10 minutes cleaning and drying your car. The highest wash is the diamond for $40, and they don’t even clean the door panels or dash. I spoke to whoever it was in charge, and he said they don’t do that. The extra 10 dollars is for some type of wax rinse. Car freshener was supposed to be included, and they were out. I had to buy a car freshener. Will never return!a year ago2013 Kia Forte that I recently bought, usually when you buy a new car you want it deep cleaned.. this is the place! I wish I had taken before and after photos of the interior but I will upload the after…. It was extremely clean. Way above expectations. Paying 180 for a full detail to that extent is a damn good deal. The photos are a week after the detail, but it’s spotless.

3 years agoDo not recommend Rio Car Wash services. Their equipment damaged the trim on my SUV. They admitted it was their equipment that caused the damage. Even though I was a long time customer, they would not pay for the damage. Instead, offering to give me credit on future car washes. Unacceptable!!!Think twice before using them.

The only thing it doesn’t have is the option to dry your vehicle with the high-powered air like the other car wash about 200 yards maybe 300 yards to the north upper Riverside drive. At that little car wash you have the option to blow dry your car and dry instead of using alternative methods as the shammy and towel and well just driving it dry like most Elsinore people do this car wash you can find all the finest of things crack coat speed weed heron ecstasy PCP you find it all fetty whatever you’re looking for it’s parked right there on the corner or try to cross the street just ask for Woody he’ll direct you to everything right there in his side yard m*********** want to call me a snitch there we go ask for Woody he’ll direct you to all the finer things in life
Easy peasy. Big bays for self-service
washing. We were able to drive a large high-top van through with a trailer of bikes to clean from a nearby trail ride. Perfect fit. Not hard to find and has all that you need from a self-service car washing location.
Charged me $10 to vaccume my card and is still chargeing my card days later another dallor cant call company dont know whay card is still being charged days later
First time took my 20 didn’t wash it and no one around to help me get my money back or at least get my car wash
