2 months agoAntonio did an amazing job on my car detail! We have three car seats, with young kiddos who make a mess. When I walked over to the car today, I was amazed at how polished, clean, and well taken care of the car was both inside and the exterior. Nice people, great service. I highly recommend Redondo Car Wash. Thank you Antonio!2 weeks agoBeen a two member family for a long while and for the most part the service has been ok.
Here and there find misc small surface scratches but can not confirm its from the wash but most likely.
What is prompting this review is the lack of customer service and follow up.
Since day one they have been unscrewing my radio antenna as part of the wash prep, never have I had to do or been told I now have to do it.
On a recent wash they failed to do it and the antenna broke.
When I approached the acting manager I was told the owner has decided not to be responsible for any and all damages.
After some back and forth I was told he would price it out and get back to me.
Since then everytime I come for a wash this manager avoids me and acts as if we never met.
With two memberships and Yeats s of loyal patronage… same on you.
Owners beware.

Chris is so nice and really cares for his customers. 10/10 recommend! ????✨5 months agoOne star because of which ever employee left the back of my hatchback open and my backpack got completely drenched! All of my papers soak and wet! By the time I got to my place after the wash and noticed it, anything made of steel was rusted and destroyed! The zippers on my purse! Batteries! Scissors! Paper clips! File clips! My steel utensils holder! All ruined!!!!!!!!!a month agoDo a good job overall. Hit or miss on how good they they do finishing details. They do try to upsale you even if you have the subscription.

The team here is amazing and they do an outstanding job, literally the only place I trust with my car. 10/10 recommend, photos before and after clay-bar treatment.a month agoDefinitely not pleased. My Husband and I decided to give this car wash a try. We paid $39.99 and our car is still dirty. They did a rush job. It’s still need to be vacuumed the inside of the car needs to be wiped down properly. We basically could have went to a $5 car wash and did a better job. The windows are still dirty. We just wanted to have a break but basically we got played. Never again!a year agoI usually go to Del Amo Car Wash, but I just moved back to N Redondo and wanted this to be my new car wash place since it’s close. Sadly yesterday was my first and last time coming to Rock n Roll Car Wash. ????????
I got the basic #1 Vocals car wash for my SUV. This is a standard “Full Service Car Wash” that costs $22.99 plus extra for my SUV. So total was $25.99. No biggie! That’s a great price, but sadly the job was less than mediocre. Almost like they didn’t even do the inside… (See attached photos!)
On their website, it says a full service car wash consists of “complete vacuuming of the interior, dusting of the inside dash, door panels, wiping of the center console, and all the windows throughly cleaned inside and out”. But my car was not even half way vacuumed inside. Floor and seats had easy to vacuum crumbs still left. Back of SUV was never touched. The door panels were ever wiped down, neither was the center console… So I basically paid $25.99 (plus tip) for my car to go through an automatic drive through car wash, and get dried off… That’s terrible. I could have paid $6 to do this somewhere else, and dried the outside myself.
4 months agoIf I could give this place a zero I would. I have been coming here for 20 years. I water in my brand new car because I left the roof open a bit and it rained (not a heavy storm). MY FAULT! I brought my car in and they said they could do an interior detail and help me get it dry, etc. They charged me $250.00. When I picked my car up it was 1) still very wet 2) still had dirt inside from normal usage and many areas had not even been wiped off (smudges on all inside mirrors, arm rest compartment not touched,) 3) the outside was filthy. I called the manager and sent pictures, he offered a free new detail. Today, I didn’t understand why my new car smelled so bad. I opened the hatchback and there were 4 soaking wet towels in there form a week ago that they used. They left 4 wet towels in my car and didn’t bother telling me. I asked for a refund because why on earth would I want them touching my car again. It should be a simple yes, but they have not agreed to do so.2 months agoThe best! Couldn’t be happier!
I have a Tesla, which I was advised should not go through a carwash with “hanging shamies”. Rock n Roll is a little expensive but is completely hand washed. They did a great job! I tipped the actual washers, too! Of course, I also tipped the detail guy! So fabulous!

First time here and it’s awesome. $1 per 3 minutes of use (night special = $1 for 5 minutes from 11pm-6am). Washed my car with $2. Granted i do have a small car but if you already know what you want/really need from the selector switch and are efficient with the time you can do a great job in less time. Also really high water pressure from the gun so that was good.
Great place if you don’t mind washing your car at night. From 11pm to 5am is 4 min per dollar any other time is 2 min per. Usually busy but not to bad. Be warned ⚠️ if you have to vacuum your car and all the stalls are full there is no way for you to get out. You have to wait until someone moves since there is no way around.
High pressure soap only gave water. Foam brush was not foam but a thin soapy solution. Spot free rinse left a film & spots all over the car, as if I washed it without rinsing it off. Vacuum worked somewhat, took the full 2 minutes to vacumm up some dead grass in my trunk. Definitely have been to better do it-yourself-car washes. Will not come here a 2nd time.
There isn’t any Spot Free Rinse mode which is necessary to avoid hard water spots. In the last 28 years that I’ve been in Los Angeles I have never been to any type of car wash that did not have a spot free rinse. Also, all but one car stall is narrow making it awkward to get around your vehicle. I gave them two stars instead of one because they have boars hair bristle brushes which are the best for soaping up a vehicle. I will gladly remove my negative review if the owners add a spot free rinse mode to each stall.
