  Wanted to give 0 star, bur no option available.

  – Very poor service. Make up artist was not able to give any advise, it was clearly evident that he was not experienced at all. Ended up with the makeup that I suggested and that was also not the way I wanted. Really bad and unprofessional service where I had to pay to do my own stuff
  – I chose 24500 package, but the receptionist charged 26300 from my husband when I was not present at the counter. I called the Salon for refund of this amount and they said that they will not refund. This was extremely disappointing. Paying more than the actual cost for service which was extremely poor.

  Instead of apologising and giving the discount for the disaster they made on my special day, they charged more in unethical way.

  I am not going to recommend them to anyone and even I would say if anyone known to me is going for their services, I am going to share this experience and will stop them if they are still not going to take serious action on this.

  My wife and my cousins used there services for make up , this store is rip off. We booked for party make they advised us there are three packages , I booked for Rs 2900 for each person. They upgraded the pack to expensive most , saying it will suit you guys. In between all 5 girls none of them were happy with the end result. Try to avoid this store otherwise you guys will be disappointed as well. Spoiled our party and our moods.
