  I made an appointment to have my six year old son’s haircut. We got an appointment the same day when we arrived we only waited for a couple of minutes and Alyssa was really good and fast and patient with my wiggly son. And the prices are great too!

  I’ve always had good haircuts from this place, but the recent haircut I got was not what I asked for. The stylist I normally had wasn’t there and I had told the new stylist to keep the same length, but to add some texture. She acknowledged what I told her, but then proceeded to cut my hair really short. I knew there wasn’t anything that could be done to my hair since it was cut too short, so I accepted it and left. I felt embarrassed to even walk to my car. I can’t even style it the way I used to and I’ve been trying to find another way to style it, but nothing looks right. Like I said they normally do a good job, this is just one bad experience that might make it difficult for me to come back again.

  Do a walk in or show up to your appointment 10-15 minutes after the time that is give. This location is never on time and if you get there early, you will never be seated earlier.

  I’ve made several appointment at this location and they are never on time. This last time, I saw about 5 plus people walk in after me and get seated before me. I never got approached by any of the employees. Rather, I went up to the desk after 20 minutes of waiting and asked how much longer. They said itll be another 2 minutes. After waiting another 5 I ended up walking out because I have work to do and had a bit of free time to get a haircut. If you make an appointment, why must you wait near 30 minutes to be seated?

  Nyssa is fantastic! I just moved to the DFW area , but have been using the boardroom since I was a kid(At other locations). While I’m always a little weary about trying out a new hair stylist, Nyssa did a fantastic job! While she’s skilled in cutting hair, she also has the talent of upholding a good conversation the entire time. It’s all about making the client feel comfortable and that’s exactly what she does.

  All of the stylists I’ve had here are very friendly and do a great job but Kayla absolutely nails my haircut every time. I usually get the benchmark which includes about 10 minutes of pampering (shampoo/face, neck, arm, hand massage, hot towel, etc) and every time I leave I feel like a million bucks. Really nice vibes all around, definitely worth the splurge.

  This place is amazing. I have been going to the Boardroom for about 4 to 5 years. The staff at this location have always been exceptional. Very personal and friendly service. I have had a few stylists over those years, but Hanna is by far the BEST. I will always get the Benchmark service from her. She provides me with the exact haircut Im asking for, the best scalp, face, and arm and hand massage. I always look forward to my visits (every 3 weeks) and her treatment. ThANK YOU Hanna!

  I go here for haircuts when I need one. There is usually a wait, and the stylist usually is pretty quiet, but the quality is good and they give me a free beer, sooo…

  I would also say that the tattooed and pierced chick is probably the best one. Don’t know her name, but she is the only one who is tattooed and pierced.

  The only reason I tried Knockouts in the first place was because my normal barber was booked. It was suppose to be just a one time visit…. Ezmeralda changed that quickly. Now I’m a regular. The only knock on her is that she is a Lakers fan lol, but don’t hold that against her. She is kind, quick and professional. She definitely knows her way around the blade and clippers. I definitely would recommend her to get a haircut from. No doubt, 5 star service.

  So been a few times Im not picky just clean cut that’s all im fairly simple but I I had a incident 1 barber butchered my hair line (my fault I didn’t ask for a mirror or confront after getting home, noticed she was going fast but i didn’t pay any mind..shes the pro) but it was noticleble in the back of my head the barber definitely knew they messed up didn’t acknowledge it cant believe they let me go home like that,I took a shower felt clumps falling out I thought my hair was falling out only after did I notice the Damage. I wish I got here name she was atleast friendly started with a D…..

  Also Stephanie good barber but man really feels irritated I said “thank you” multiple times yet not even a “your welcome” back. Maybe a bad day but that’s the 2nd time I’ve had that experience from her. She just seemed bothered or inconvenienced, I regret tipping out of kindness. Sadly not somebody I want to come back to.
