Great service, but had to wait for more than 30 minutes even after the scheduled appointment time. Only after I talked to the lady who looked like the manager was I allotted someone for my haircut. Please do not go to them . They are only sitting there to cheat you with substandard quality products and non competent staff. Big promises and google rating are only an eyewash. I got cheated because I trusted the google rating. After paying almost 10K what I got is evident in the pictures. The colour was done twice and second time by one of their best I am told. So u can imagine what BEST means to them.
Customer service is pathetic because inspite of multiple calls and talks their solution is that I should travel 300kms and trust them for the third time. On asking for refund they have stopped talking and say their owner will talk but the owner is too busy to be bothered .
DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY DO NOT USE QUALITY PRODUCTS AND DO NOT HAVE THE EXPERTISE.Update on 21/07/22
After two email I got a call from the concerned branch and I had shared the images of how my hair currently looks and clear before and after proofs of colour wash out and damage. However the best solution that they can provide is to redo the hair yet once again ( 3rd time) and expect me to trust them yet again. Also I stay in Jaipur so to correct my hair I have to travel 250 kms . After repeatedly making the staff understand that redoing the hair option is not on the table yet they insist only on that. Now someone else has to speak with me for clarity but I guess he is too busy . My wait is still on .I visited Geetanjali hair salon in metropolitan mall after reading the reviews and ratings. With 4.7 stars I was sure I was going to the right place . However going there was a big big big mistake . I went for hair colour and hair cut . The hair cut was okay but the hair colour was a total failure . Wanted to do balayage hair colour however after spending 5 hours I did not get what I wanted in fact got the colour which I had specifically told I HATE. The staff tried to help and the colour deposit was redone to my satisfaction. After shelling a good amount of money I came back home as a happy customer but the happiness lasted for one wash only . In one hair wash with the shampoo and conditioner suggested by the staff there all my colour was gone and I was left with simple bleached tacky Damaged hair . The staff is very understanding and courteous. When I informed them what had happened without any issues they agreed to redo the colour. The colour was redone by the best staff as I am told and I was again satisfied but yet again the story repeats and all the colour has gone in 3-4 wash. Please do not go to them for hair colour . They maybe use substandard products or the technical expertise is missing in staff . All in all I will
Have to now go to someone to correct my colour again and I will not NOT to back to them because I have caused enough damage to my hair . Visit for anything but hair colour because they will ruin it for you .Update – They we’re very quick in generating the auto reply however no one has contact me inspite of messaging and giving my personal number in the mail. So much customer care !!!
