  Natural Spa is my favourite place to groom myself. I am a proud member of this Spa. Today, I am extremely happy with the waxing and facial service of Mrs. Sajitha. I have used same service three to four times in the past, but her way of doing facial and waxing is really awesome. Her facial massage made me so relaxed and happy.

We spent almost 8 hours at the salon (for different services including hair coloring). Shanty, Waseem, Archana and Reena made us feel home. We are extremely happy with the services we received.   The service that I got was classic . The massage and hairstyling was mind-blowing.I appreciate the Staff who did these , if I am not wrong her name was Shanty. She had a professional touch in what ever she serviced. And also i would like to appreciate the Staff who welcomed me at the reception. She was very much welcoming and pleasant. Just to add by I had to wait around 20-30 minutes to get started due to the meeting and cleaning process . And also the ambience while entering the parlour i.e , the area for hair cutting and eyebrow threading is not quite commendable But when we go into the hair wash or massage area it’s once again classy.
  Since the facial rates are higher , i thought I would be experiencing something different while or after my facial would be done. But it was nothing much different from what other parlours could give. But Shanty’s service was the highlight. Overall it was good and i will definitely recommend Lyra.

  I had a very bad experience from this salon and I really want to share my experience for those, who are planning to visit this salon in future.

  When I was in Lyra Salon, felt like the salon is filled with trainees not with the professionals. So I was little bit worried and even raised by concern with front desk but did not help. When the female staff started my hair cut, I did not feel like she was doing it in the right way because she was just grabbing my hair and cutting it as she like. The lighting was terrible and I clearly couldn’t see the layers in my hair through the mirror. I could only see the outer shape and that was ok to me and did not have any complaints that time. When I reached home and had a look at my hair, was in a shock and is hard to describe the feeling in words how I had felt that time. The layers in my hair were uneven on both sides. From the back view, the outer part hair was longer compared to inner part.

  Before getting the hair cut I asked the same staff who did my hair cut for the other services they were having, and her response was questionable. She was just insisting me to do the costly services even when I was kept on saying that I do not want do that. It was like the staffs were having monthly or daily target and she reminded me of sales and marketing staffs. Anyway, it was one of my worst experiences in my life and I will never ever go to this salon and never recommend this place to anyone.

  After much thought and consideration, I decided to get my cysteine hair treatment done here. It’s really simple to find this salon because it’s adjacent to East Fort Junction. They have a designated parking spot, and a diligent security guard who will help you to park. I received excellent customer service and assistance from the front desk employees. This place is very neatly maintained. My hair was done by Supriya, who did a beautiful job and was extremely polite. I’m pleased with their service and I’d consider this salon as my go-to spot for self care.

  This my update after availing the Cysteine treatment almost after 2-3 months. The amount of hair I’m shedding because of this treatment is countless, which is unlike the other times I did this treatment from other salons. Never would recommend this service from Naturals to anyone who would want to save their hair strands.

  1180 Rs for a 12 year boy’s hair cut completed within 20 minutes. No special styles or anything, just a normal cut using a trimmer.What a robbery in the name of a brand?
  Never paid more than 500 in any other salons.
  This is cheap money making strategy.
  As a customer it’s my fault not asking the rate first but even then there’s justice in any service.
