I was told that they would be correcting NAP issues on high ranking directory websites in order to achieve a higher ranking within google maps, which is the biggest lead generator for me regarding google. Over two years into the contract, Tim cannot tell me when or how much work is being performed on my site monthly to justify the fee I pay. I asked him to provide a list of directories thar they corrected. He said he couldnt provide a full list of sites they fixed but provided me a list of 40 or so very high to high quality direcrories that they had corrected. I dove into that list and of those 40, 26 were incorrect. He had no explaimation for this. When I asked him pointed questions regarding how much time is spent working on these issues he could not produce any data. I asked him to justify my monthly fee he simply says they did the work. But with poor results and no concrete data as to what was actually done, it seems I have spent over 10k for a website. Don’t make the same mistake I did. I asked Tim to have a conversation regarding paying me back some of the money I wasted, he refused. Poor management. Poor ownership.
