a month agoThis was an excellent work and also the new site manager was also nice and welcoming to me when I didn’t know what to do but also they came out and cleaned around the area when it was dirty and everything but also he was working in the raina week agoThis was my first time at zips and definitely won’t be my last. Xavier was amazing and extremely helpful, he explained everything to me and was very patient. Not only did he take the time to explain to me everything that the unlimited wash included in the trial period, he had a smile and positive attitude on his face the entire time. Been to this location numerous times, never had this kind of service. Please make sure you keep Xavier around! He is a real blessing!! You guys are lucky to have him!!!a month agoNot sure how my card was locked in and charged $120 for a membership when all I did was use it for 1 $10 3 months ago and when I called about the discrepancy all customer service wanted to do was keep me in a membership for a lower price for 3month’s instead of trying to figure out how this incident happened. The services is great but if I ever need to go back I think I’m just going to use cash to be on safe side so this doesn’t happen again.6 months agoLooking fresh! I recommend everyone that look for him when you visit this place. He will make sure you will get the best service he will recommend what you need exactly for your vehicle.a week agoDownhill tremendously in the last 6 months!! The Vaccum stations were all closed or not working at full capacity. No Clean towels, staff sitting inside, no vending machine for armorall wipes or scents. And my car was still visibly dirty.2 weeks agoThis j from earlier today 08/19/23, I love the vacuums ( they could use a lil more power or different size ones to get in different areas of the car) window cleaner is great! Aside from it being affordable and having near features such as a rug beater and providing cleaner – the manager, Julius, is the reason for this review! I stopped here because it was close to my job, the employees were friendly and the vacuums worked amazing but that’s it! I should’ve tried the car wash before getting the monthly membership but it was $10 for the first two months so why not? Definitely want to cancel as soon as possible, the car wash itself seem to only last about 45 seconds. And with the unlimited car wash you can’t even add any upgrades, the mat cleaner doesn’t work, no towels and it left huge streaks on my car. Maybe I’ll try it again, since I have unlimited or maybe a different location but this one was just not it.
Drafted from my account when I’d canceled the membership not long after the 1st wash because I wasn’t satisfied. They lied to me all day (4 representatives, and 2½ hrs with customer support) with promises of releasing the unauthorized pending transaction in a couple hours. It’s been 9+hrs. It didn’t take 7 days to dip into my account, so it shouldn’t take 7 days to put it back. They got that “star” because I couldn’t rate it lower. Sam’s Xpress Car Wash is where you should take you r time, and money.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I literally just came through the car wash and I wasn’t even vacuuming for three minutes before they turned off the vacuums. I spoke with Jordi the assistant manager, and he said vacuums cut off at 8 o’clock. I informed him I should have been notified that when I came through the car wash, as he admitted he should have he still refused to allow me even 2 mins to vacuum my car and and seemed to care less as he stated this isn’t his first time. Now As I pay a monthly fee because of its convenience I am disappointed, and will refuse to continue to give my money to a company that would basically steal someone’s money, as there was all so a gentleman beside me that had paid and wanted his money back as he was dealing with the same issue and the assistant manager refused.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!
I enjoyed this car wash! For my first time I really felt my car was taken care of. Ty was also a great help with telling me about the different options available
I figured I’d try out the one month pass for $10 to see how the washes/location convenience was throughout that time. For starters, accessing the location here is really bad. You can really only use it if you plan to turn right out of the car wash upon leaving. It is impossible to turn left onto Old Pineville Road and head back north towards Charlotte. An exit toward Tyvola Rd would fix this issue, but it’s gated off and inaccessible. The day my account was to be charged for the second month, I called Zips to cancel and they said you have to request cancellation a week in advance, they refused to refund the amount set to be charged (the day I was calling!) The individual on the phone said that my account info was not saved and input (email, phone, car make/model) by the staff and is still to this day blank, so I would never have even been able to log on and connect my membership number to an online account and check renewal dates. As for the wash itself, it’s underwhelming. Bugs stay on the bumper and smudges don’t leave the glass. Tire shine is the only worthwhile aspect. The first time I came they provided towels for hand drying the cars. I only saw them out that one time and have yet to see them return. Since Zips has charged me for another month, I’ll go several more times and return to this review to upload photos of the poor job it tends to do. Don’t bother with this poor wash and poor company.
