2 weeks agoI don’t normally leave review ls but my truck came back so clean today I’m ecstatic. I can not tell you how dirty it was between two toddlers and gravel road dust and it came out like a new truck inside and out. Great job and strongly recommend!6 months agoThis was the worst service I’d ever had, normally I get a $8 car wash. But I upgraded and paid $14 for a car wash they did absolutely nothing, normally they spray your car off to kind of help loosen the dirt that was not done this was a day there was a lot of cars in line for service. So I watched as the cars rolled in and out I didn’t get out and check my car when I got home the front of my car and the areas below the doors look like nobody had ever touched them. I called the car wash service to let them know and to this day have not got a return call back I will not go back again. There were people just standing around who worked at the car lot on the outside but it just doesn’t do the service it used to do. You can’t see it really well but there’s just dirt all over the front some of it I wiped off myself because my car looked kind of awkward but they really did a lousy job this day.2 weeks agoOver the years quality of service is declining. Id rather go anywhere else . And pay 5x as much to get a quality detailing done. They were not busy. I paid for the premium service and had a $50 bill to tip as it is important to be as clean as possible to bring my son home from the hospital. I really appreciate what they have done and can do when they care. So sorry if you feel cheated only giving a $20 tip for a service . Having children destroys interior of cars. They have all the tools to vacuum and clean messes. I don’t that’s why I brought in. Is what it is but the many blatantly skipped spots they didn’t want to clean are the reason I’m leaving this review and never going back . There is a reason I stopped doing the member deals years ago and this just confirms a good decision.2 months agoThe staff at this establishment are incredible! I’ve never been there and not gotten a wave and several smiles. The workers inside, starting the wash always talk to me and are very good at their job. I often get the crud buster pre-spray and my wheels pressure washed before entering the actual wash. In the metro, stop by this location whenever possible!4 months agoI’ve been a customer since 2012. It used to be stellar results but things have changed significantly. I keep thinking it will get better but it only gets worse. I knew it was going to rain today but desperately needed the interior of my truck cleaned. Well I should have saved the $50 and let my detailer do it. They left dirt all over the glove box and corner of the passenger dash. The center counsel was untouched and full of crumbs. My door panels we streaked with dirt as well. The dirt left was completely untouched. Not residual. I go to the Ingersoll location because the Merle Hay location has never done a good job. Two times ago I did formally complain to the manager and that was a headache. I will not be back again. This was the final straw.

Lost half the timer trying to get things to work then have to switch back to wand and wait for it to cycle to new setting. My go to car wash. It’s close to the house and easily accessible. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. I had the car wash club membership for many years but in the end its just not worth the money to keep it. I’m still a loyal customer & I will continue to use their services!
Paid $44 and change and car was still covered with bugs, wheels were not clean, windshield was very smeared on the inside.
This car wash is a scam. It didn’t clean anything. I literally didn’t see much soap nor water pouring down to wash my car. Also, my tires were left untouched although the $14 wash says tire wash as well as the bottom cleaning.
The power of the vacuums do not do a good job. And the air blower in car wash did not dry car at all left spots all over.
Nice staff. Got the car clean. Kinda bummed they didn’t have any bathrooms but oh, well. There’s a Casey’s across the street 🙂
