3 months agoPaid for a water rinse. No soap. Initially called, person I spoke too said they would call me back in a couple mins… never did. So I texted the number two videos showing that I had it set at soap and yet it was just water…They called me after I sent the videos and ask what was wrong… to which I again explained that I was now going on 4 minutes of my wash with just water. They said they were going to call the manager and get back with me. Its now been over 30mins and never heard back. What a waste of money.6 months agoTypical self service car wash. A lot of people don’t understand how the credit cards work here. So when you first swipe your card you will get 8 minutes of time for 4$ as of June 2022.. This will show as 10$ if you look online but then will be updated to 4 dollars as the banks settle the transaction 5 business days later.. You can add more time by pressing the button by the reader in 0.25$ increments..

a year agoOne vacuum didn’t work & couldn’t get my money back, 2nd vacuum was weaker than drinking with a straw and I got about 5 minutes for $1.00. It cost $6.00 to wash 2 rugs an my car mats with the power washer. If there are other options in the neighborhood, I will use them. Spent $7.25 and didn’t even wash my car.

This place is awesome! They do a great job, you don’t have to worry about the robo wash scratching your finish. The owner and the employees were all very nice and they got it done on time. The SUV is sparkling clean inside and out, and I even got a discount for Tuesdays lady’s day! You should check this place out for yourself!
If I could give it a zero i would. Rude disrespectful and poor service. My first and last time Dec 10 ,2022. Th3 waiting room was raggedy. My car was still dirty and as I was telling the staff a man walked up asked what was wrong I told him my car was still dirty he told the staff to go clean a white truck gave me my money back and walked away. His attitude was poor. I try to support small businesses but this is why corporations take over.
