3 months agoThey have amazing car washes. I have been going there for over 3 years for my oil changes. They do amazing work. They bring your dipstick out to you to show you your new oil. Which I really like. The staff is very friendly and nice. I will never go anywhere else. Plus when you get a service done(oil change, or a flush), you get a free $12 signature car wash with the code good for 30 days. They get you in and out fast with oil changes too. Highly recommend.3 months agoBest service I’ve ever had with an oil change. They were fast and friendly, free car wash after the oil change. ( you run it threw the car wash yourself) free vacuum to use as well. And I loved that they were not trying to get me to pay for more services that I didn’t need. I will be returning for my next oil change as well. My husband also got his oil done here too and love it.2 months agoI actually always go here for oil changes. They recently fixed my tale lights on my car. Everyone here is so nice, professional, & funny. The service is always fast & efficient. I Highly recommended 10/10in the last weekBeen in the Wash Club, $30/mo, for years. My truck still looks brand new (2013) having been washed at least twice a week. a month agoThe customer service at the front desk was nice and friendly but the interior detail done was horrible and unprofessional. The service looks like it was rushed and definitely careless. Not a happy customer and I will not be back.
I added a photo of my center console they said they cleaned as best as they can. I took a wet wipe to a portion of it to show that they really didn’t try or carea year agoDefinitely not what I expected. Very fast and very low service. I told them Not to put any shiny staff on the tires and at the end I left will Shine tires. They just took out the dust from outside that’s all. Inside only vacuum and not that good also. I’m adding some pictures of both of my cars. I will not use them again.3 months agoI got an exterior paint enhancement and 1 year ceramic coating done here. My car has 45,000 miles on it and has never looked better! Would highly recommend. They do great work here and are very friendly and knowledgeable on the services your car might need.4 months agoI was very pleased with the service I received this morning. I believe the guy I spoke to was Craig and he was really great. I got the interior detailing option with a car wash on the outside and I was in a bit of a time crunch and he went out of his way to get my car done in time. My interior wasn’t the best and they did a great job. I definitely recommend them. I forgot to take some stuff out of my console so they weren’t able to do that but I took out the stuff and he still cleaned it quickly. I will definitely be back.5 months agoI wanted to give Craig the GM a few pointers on customer service. When a customer complains about service it’s your responsibility to put plans in place to address the customer concerns. I’ve listed below a few of the concerns that I’ve encountered.
* Waiting in line for 15 minutes with no movement. My suggestion was to make the customer aware of what’s going on rather than just sit there and have them wondering why the wait. Key to great customer service is communication it’s goes a long way.
* Rude attendants during the car washing process. Remember that I’m a paying customer and to be screamed at by one of your associates is unacceptable. I’m just not going to let that happen. I would assume this has been addressed because I haven’t send the young man in months.
*The incident that happened yesterday was truly unbelievable. It took them about thirty minutes to clean my car after coming out of the wash. I politely asked the cashiers was the gentleman who was cleaning my car new. I stated that I’m not complaining and I appreciate it but about nine patrons have come and gone and I’m still here. Craig then proceeded to come out and blast me stating that’s all I do is complain and I need to get to know Darrin because he’s a great kid. You actually escalated a situation that was not even an issue. I then asked the cashiers to make you aware of what I stated and your response to them was don’t answer him. So now you’re giving your associates the nod to disrespect the customer. Your goal as the General Manager of the facility is to create an environment whereas customers can give you candid feedback on how to better serve them. Remember the service is not free. If the service is not up to par your thought process is we remain silent. Not happening here. I suggest you start to listen to your customers when they complain or give you feedback. Take the feedback and utilize it as a tool to make your operation better. If you utilize the guest feedback and implement processes to address they’re concerns. This will have a positive impression with the guest because they now know you’re listening. When nothing is done to correct they’re concerns you lose customers. I hope you would take this feedback and make the necessary corrections to your management style.TV

2nd time I used them poor job by the car wash and the person drying after. This trip will used a free wash because they left swirl marks of dirt last time.
If they would slow the wash down a bit, and have someone out front not pushing like last time to get folks I’m and out but say hey re wipe this that would be great.
I paid 20.00 for the super kiss money is alittle tight not trying to sound like a cheap skate.
I really wanted to be the person to say I had a great service despite the reviews. My services was terrible and my car is still dirty. I ask to speak to a manager and short guy with blonde hair come over and said oh we can wipe it down when I paid for shampoo seats. They literally did nothing. Doors was still dirty there was still crumbs in the door holder. The most I seen that was clean was the front mats. By the brakes the floor was still dirty and the guy said, oh were not allowed to clean there.I ask to use the rag of one of the workers and showed him if they actually wiped the door it would come off. First and last time will I come to the Joliet location. I’m now waiting to see if they actually cleaned my seats or was it just wet and appeared to be clean until dry
I asked the employee to spray the front of my car because there were a lot of bugs on the grill.the employee a young latino man said move up. I told the employee that I will just come back around. At that time the employee turned around and sprayed right into my window hitting me in the eye with the high pressure hose. I had to go to quick care for medical treatment and will need to follow up with an eye physician. A lot of the staff at this facility do not like doing their jobs and are extremely unprofessional. Thankfully I spoke with the manager who stated that she observed this employee being rude and not doing his job. She stated that she was going to remove him Thanks for taking immediate action as this employee was dangerous to patrons.
Called ahead of time to make sure my car would be measure so it didn’t get stuck on their rails, no one measured it, my Z06 Corvette got stuck in their car wash, extremely unprofessional, damage to the underside of the vehicle, left dirty soap on my vehicle. Avoid this place at all cost if you have anything valued above $5,000.
The vacuums here are absolute trash. Have had the unlimited membership for a couple years, the price keeps going up but the quality seems to be going down. Mediocre compared to the delta locations in downers Grove and oswego. Have called corporate a few times with complaints, not a single thing changes.
