4 months ago$7,130 dollars in damage. Absolutely terrible service. They scratched our hood and roof of our car and won’t cover the damages. I hope this doesn’t happen to anybody else because they have been terrible to work with on this. Lesson learned, use a different car wash or wash your car yourself. They scratched it down to the metal on a brand new car. The body shop says they get these same situations all the time from Silverstar. This is beyond obvious that it was from their brushes and how they rotate. Work hard to buy nice things, Silverstar will work harder to ruin them.9 months agoCAR WASH!! ???????? Went through drive-thru car wash and could not be more disappointed!! Not only was it a horrible car wash….vehicle was still dirty, when I drove out of there!! Even MORE disappointing and frustrating was the scuffs it left, in the clear coat, from the rotating brushes!! Seriously?! The damage was immediately reported to an employee, and I was told I would receive a response, from the corporate office, within 48 hours. The report was filled out, on a pre-printed form, so, it must be a common occurrence!! No response from corporate office!!5 months agoCar wash and service are good. BE SURE to read the fine print. I was charged for 4 months I did not even have the vehicle and price raised on my new vehicle after first month. Customer service would not refund anything because I did not cancel my membership on the vehicle I got rid of. Had to cancel membership so I can start over at a later time or go elsewhere.a year agoEmployees do a great job at scrubing bugs and presoaking the whole vehicle so it comes out nice and shiny , there’s spots where you’ll see dirt coming out , but thats cus its behind the plastics. Towels are available to dry vehicles or clean the interior. Plenty of vacuums spots with a hose on each side to make it easy to clean your vehicle. Highly recommend it . Also recommend getting a monthly plan there’s different options so you can wash it as many time you want .a month agoThis one on E. 10th st is the only one that does it right and actually put effort into their jobs. The rest of them, not great. I have to go through several times just to get bugs off my windshield.

a year agoGood car wash with great vacuums. The wash itself didn’t get all the shmuts off the car but there is a sign that says if you aren’t satisfied with the results they will wash it again. We just didn’t take them up on the offer since we know bug crud is hard to get off and it’s not a big deal to us. The vacuums had great suction and the staff was friendly.2 months agoI go here regularly and they are very efficient and get you in and out quickly. I would love to see all locations have the device that washes mats 41st St. is the only Location that offers this.3 weeks agoI want to know why you seem to make it impossible for someone to cancel a member ship with you. Not only can you not do it in person, the number you give to customers to call will not respond in any capacity nor can you wait for a representative. Seems a little intentional to me.6 months agoIn September 2022 I bought a promotional wash card which was to have 7 deluxe washes for $70.00. It was a Christmas gift. When it was attempted to be used there was nothing on the card. The local office told me all they could do was email the corporate office. They took my information and indicated they would contact me but I never heard from them. I tried calling their corporate office and was told the only option was to email them. I emailed and haven’t heard back. I also had an issue a couple of years ago where they charged me for 6 gift cards but I only received 5. I’ll be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.4 months agoHorrible service. They don’t even scrub your vehicle down anymore. They hardly even spray it down. They don’t take their time on cars whatsoever, once you put your car in neutral the track starts immediately. Even with 2 tenants standing there spraying cars with water and not scrubbing them.

Fantastic. Literally everything you desire in a perfect carwash. It’s fast, detailed, affordable, and the customer service is great. Not clean enough? They’ll let you go again. Need a vacuum? They have that. Need enough locations so they’re close to everything? Silver star is so big I can get to one within 5 minutes from anywhere in town. Big fan!
Nice car wash $25+ tax=$26.63 for the Platinum Plus. The Platinum Plus is their most expensive wash. If you’re not an out of Towner like me I recommend you get the monthly package to save some money, otherwise it’s too expensive.
Paid the top tier car wash selection $25. Car came out so dirty and looked almost like it was untouched. Not impressed. Ive been to another one in and it was nice came out shiny. Figured with price it would come out looking nice. Wasn’t impressed.
I’m not impressed with the quality of the wash. It’s as if it didn’t touch it…. paid the platinum plus $25 top tier wash, and it came out awful. I’ve been to another location before and was thrilled with how clean my car was. But that was not the case with this location. My garden hose can do a better job than this. The attendant at the window was nice, though.
I have been a customer for quite a while. After today’s incident I will be canceling.
I stopped by last Saturday. As the blowers were drying my vehicle at the end my passenger side mirror was ripped off and banged against my vehicle, it was loud and scared us.
I immediately got out of my vehicle and yelled for an employee to stop the wash as I seen my mirror on the ground…IN the wash bay. They came over and collected my mirror, took photos and said they would get back to me. They did not.
I called 20 times. Left multiple messages. Emailed multiple times. No one contacted me. I stopped by repeatedly. Nothing. Until TODAY.
I was informed that it was not there fault and they would not be replacing anything. The guy was rude. Told me it was my fault when I stopped by today.
Now, I have a new car….without a passenger side mirror. I’m absolutely livid.
