a month agoReviewing their detailing services: It was easy to schedule and I got the suv back the same day. The car was super clean, it had lots of dirt, dust, and crumbs when we brought it in. Flash Car Wash did their thing! Customer service was good. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. I’ll be back to bring our other car in.a month agoEDIT: after posting this review I was immediately contacted by management and they were very kind and apologetic, offering to fix the issue at no cost. Paid $259 for a full inside/outside detail. The inside of my dash has these streaks, clearly they rushed and didn’t clean it properly. The soap has dried and it’s now hard to see the speedometer. I called and emailed multiple times and never got a response. Now I’ll have to figure out how to take apart my dash and clean it myself. Definitely would not recommend wasting your money here.
3 months agoI’ve been a member since I bought my Toyota Highlander in 2019. The service is always excellent. The SUV always comes out clean. Have had my SUV detailed and I’m always astonished at how clean it comes out. Totally worth the price. That hard to vacuum dog hair is never a problem for the detailing team. Also, the free vacuums are certainly a plus. I especially appreciate how clean they have been keeping the area. Definitely recommend.in the last weekI have a flash pass and the wash itself isn’t awful although I get annoyed that one of my side mirrors will inevitably be turned one way or the other ( this does happen at other car washes). But I wanted to use the free vacuum that I always see advertised, pulled up to one of the vacant spots, didn’t work, checked the one next to it, nothing. Checked 7, none of which worked. Talked to a lady who was doing the same thing, said she had just checked 4 which didn’t work. I won’t be checking those vacuums again!a week agoExtremely poor wash quality. They seem to have sped it up over the last year and you now need to take your vehicle through 2-3 times for it to come out even remotely passable.

I did leave a voice mail just prior to writing this I received a phone call from the manager he explained the situation I can except that they get a A for responding as soon as they did within 90 minutes.4 months agoThe back of my SUV (ford expedition) never gets clean/wash. So I go back around 2 or 3 times hoping they could manually wash it and it does not happen. I pay for membership to get half wash car. Very disappointing and dissatisfied. My car looks brand new! Which seemed impossible considering I have a very messy 3 year old. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants that new car look and smell!
At the beginning the car wash was really awesome, good amount of water removing the soap and debris out of difficult spots, also getting the hot wax that I’m paying for, but for the last couple of weeks on the Columbus location I’m not getting the pressure washing, the 2 small spinning brush are not working also the hot wax is missing. For around 2 months, I’m paying $34.99 for soap and vacuum to remove the soap. Just the tires and the wheel came out really nice. About a week I went into the office and they told me that they actually have a technician that came from Florida to fix the car wash. I’m thinking of canceling my subscription until this gets fix. SONATA 2022.
I switched from a Car Wash to this one and at first I was in love. Then I noticed that every time I came out the car wash each side of my front license plate was bent up. Now I can’t go through it because if I continue to go I will lose the first number on my license plate. My car comes out very clean this is the only complaint that I have. Now I have to cancel my pass and go somewhere else.
We paid 39$ for both interior and exterior cleaning for my Sienna van and it was done very well! We were moving wood and dirt in the car so overtime it got dirty but they cleaned it up super well in around 30 minutes! I totally recommend. Great work for a great price!
Great place to wash my vehicle. Staff is always friendly and definitely helps out, too. When my vehicle’s plates were not scanning right, an attendant came out and helped to solve the issue.
