  1. Consider not so new. Did not stay here but attend a wedding dinner in ball room. Service is good, ball room is kinda older version but clean. Aircond is good as well.

  2. We stayed at the apartment unit with 2 bedrooms with sharing bathroom/toilet. The apartment unit is very large which is very convenient. The living room sofa is quite old fashioned, and i got bedmite/bugbite. Maybe the housekeeping should disinfect or do thorough cleaning for the sofa.
    The light inside the unit are dim, prefer that the light at the dining and kitchenette to be brighter.
    Overall, quite satisfied with the hotel service and facilities.

  3. We were able to get a suite with them for this trip.
    Everything was super nice, with the only downside being the room having this mouldy smell.
    If some carpet and upholstery cleaning is done in the room. This hotel is a solid 5/5 for sure.

  4. Old wing – room is ok.. but water run from sink and bath tub stinky. Smell like air sungai. Not much food variety for breakfast & tak sedap.
    But the location is great and receptionist friendly

  5. One of the most famous and biggest Hotel located at Lot 827,Jln Post, 98000 Miri Sarawak. Very nice, beautiful and strategic Hotel because location is almist at the middle of Miri Town. Very casual rooms, free WiFi, satellite TV, plus safes, tea and coffee making facilities. For apartments room 3 bedroom + kitchen very comfortable for big family.     Booked through Agoda. Response time was inconsistent from fast reply to non at all. The rooms were not maintained well. First room given was infested with cockroaches, wood lice and bedbugs. Second room was a slight upgrade with one visible wood lice, loose toilet door and faulty room door sensor which beeps when the door is closed. However, the service was great. They tried their best to make you feel welcomed and accommodate your struggles and needs. Parking is a nightmare as it is shared with the shopping mall. Will only recommend this place if your only plan is an overnight stay to splurge on shopping.

    Overall good stay with questionable price. Good food and location. Odd but somehow tolerable internal design. But… We hate the blurred window installed at the toilet and still able to see shillouette of someone taking off pants to use the toilet. PLEASE INSTALL BLINDS / tint the window. We also hate the existence of clubhouse below in level 7 while we’re staying in level 9. Able to hear the loud bass sound and music from our room and we cant sleep well until 2am because of it.

    If I could give a zero star I would. I’ve never been more disgusted in my life the way I was entering that room. The smell was awful, stains all over the carpet, the floor of the bathroom wasn’t clean and under the bed there was stuff. But all of that is nothing compared to cockroaches and bed bugs. My husband in a span of 10 minutes found two cockroaches and two bed bugs. We checked out immediately and changed hotels. STAY AWAY.

    Door is hard to close due to poor maintenance. Now they only give 2 towels, 1 floor mat. No hand towel. Will charge you RM 10 for extra towel. Room is clean and housekeeping is good.

    A good place to stay. The hotel is attached to Bintang Mall and easily can find shops if you forget to bring anything such as toiletries. The water quality is not as good as expected due to the color of the water at the tap. However, it still safe to be used.

    Stayed here for a business trip. The room is very spacious, has a bathtub, and includes breakfast. The restaurant is clean and tidy, and there are many options for breakfast food. There are convenience stores and public taxis nearby. Good location and smart value.

    Room is ok nice and spacious. Toilet need more maintenance because it looks dirty, toilet kinda smelly too. Housekeepers need to dust regularly because the room feels so stuffy. No problem with the aircon which is nice. Stayed here during the weekend, the location of this hotel is near club/pub it’s hard to get a pleasant sleep due to loud noise from the club (from night til morning non stop music 😭)

    Have always been my 1st choice of stay when in Miri, for business or leisure. Not only the location is strategic, centre of the city, the staff are friendly, very attentive, prompt. Their customer service is at a high level. My room was spacious, clean and well equipped with the little things like iron, ironing board, hair dryer, room slipper. Very suitable for me with the modest needs.
