a week agoI go to this car wash often, and they have great service, prices, and quality to begin with. On my most recent visit, while we were vacuuming we had sucked up a key into the vacuum system. The management, specifically Mark, handled the situation incredibly well and truly went above and beyond. Mark went through the entire vacuum system himself, including going through all of the things that every vacuum had sucked up. He thoroughly searched through and did everything he possibly could to help.3 weeks agoWorst car wash I have ever received, here is a picture of the front of my car after the pro 5 plus wash, the most expensive option. The rest of the car wasn’t much better either. This package also included tire shine which I did not receive.2 months agoMy favorite local car wash. My kids love the soap colors and lights as we go through. Seems to do a pretty good job even on the cheapest wash. Vacuums are GREAT! Powerful enough for all the crumbs and dog hair.a month agoWow! I got a wash and pulled around to the vacuums, something I have never done when I come visit. Wow, those things work well against my kids crummy backseat! I was all done, pulling out, when I saw the detailing cart! I pulled back in and took advantage of the microfiber cloths, interior spray and glass spray! My car literally sighed a sigh of relief at me ???? The only other time it has ever been this clean was when I bought it! ????
a week agoI accidentally sucked up our mail key in the vacuum and Mark (the manager) did absolutely everything he could to find the key, hey was digging through the trash in the vacuum system and looking through the tubes. He did absolutely everything he could and we really appreciate the hard work and helping us out.

3 months agoIt’s always great to have a clean car inside and out! The automated carwash cleans very well. I myself have the unlimited washes so you can literally make a u-turn at the end and go again if you want and I do with my kids they love it. Free vacuums and car mat cleaners. Although it does not take after market floor mats (weather tech) only factory carpet mats. Very pleased with their business so far.a month agoAbsolutely love this car wash and its staff! Always so helpful at the window and my car always comes out so clean and shiny. And, since they are locally owned, give back into the community that they love so much. EDIT from 4 to 2 stars: No, I come to this wash often and even had a pass over the summer because of how much I enjoyed the service. I don’t really appreciate being told that I’m wrong about which wash I’m talking about and such when I’m not. Im glad you dont believe it ever stinks and that you take measures to make it smell better, but in my opinion, it occasionally does stink. I dont doubt that the wash is taken care of, and I see that a lot of effort is put into it. I said it was worth the money and gave it four stars, but after that response, I think I’ll go elsewhere as that really rubbed me the wrong way. Feedback doesn’t mean a customer is attacking your business.

2 months agoThis place is ridiculous. If you purchase a membership for a month they continue to charge you a monthly fee. My girlfriend had the same issue with this business and they happily refunded her no questions asked. I called and I politely asked for a refund for the last three months since I didn’t use their services, nor was I told in any form that they auto charge you regardless. I called and spoke with Joe who said I would get a refund within a week. I called a week later, after receiving no refund, I spoke with a fairly aggressive manager who told me my request had been denied because the “Auto Renew” was implied. She said they didn’t need to tell people this because it’s “Monthly”. I would have used their services the last three months if they had informed me that it was a monthly subscription. Instead I’m out $135. I cannot believe the lack of customer service. I have no intention to be spending my hard earned money at a business who blindsides their customers like this, and then doesn’t own up to them. Very disappointing.

Motospa Car Wash in Castle Rock is a fabulous facility to go to if you want professional car washing, detailing and oil/lube service to your vehicle. The staff is highly professional and courteous, the facility is well kept, and the in and out time is pretty expedient. Also, if you get a lube service, you are given a receipt for four free car washes. How awesome is that. Personally, I have had no bad experiences compared to others who gave bad or mediocre reviews. I encourage others to come here for great service.
4 free car washes with an oil change is a good value. I didn’t care for having to leave my car for an oil change. It used to be the customer could wait,in the waiting room while your car was being serviced. It also used to be that you could stay in the waiting room while the interior was being detailed. No more. And these people are now asking $300 for a detail, when 2 years ago it was $40. This is not good…
I used MotoSpa in Castle Rock,Co for detail service to my vehicle. Upon completion of the detail, none of the individual’s working on my vehicle informed my that a dinner plate size crack had happened to my vehicle. I noticed it after the keys had been handed to me stating my vehicle was completed. I asked for the manager and conversations started for their obligation to replace my windshield. Back and forth conversations of delays ensued, from not wanting to file a claim on their insurance, not wanting to replace the windshield with OEM equipment to even wanting to just pay straight cash for me to get the replacement done myself. Due to the unsafe driving condition of my windshield and multiple delays I decided to go through my military insurance and get the replacement done myself and let the military insurance work it out with them for responsibility. Unfortunately, this is not a reputable business that owned up to their acknowledged damage. Patrons beware. I would have used a No star rating had that been an option.
I came in to have my truck detailed with the $40 detail. The interior was pretty dusty when I brought it in and I wasn’t expecting the truck to be spotlessly clean on the inside. However, When I got back out to my truck they had clearly missed spots. The front seats were pretty clean but the back had hardly been touched. There was still dust all over my back seats ( to the point where you could still run your finger through it and leave a trace) in multiple spots, and other spots that were never touched. I don’t think I’ll be back.
They cleaned the car, but knocked the rear view mirror off the windshield. I had to wait around for 40 minute extra while they tried to fix it. No one apologized or offered a refund on the wash.
