- Reviews:Nothing but issues here – At the drive thru and the woman hands me my tray of coffees and I went to put them onto the floor of my car, the entire tray falls apart and coffee spills every where. The tray was cracked in half. I said to the woman “the tray is cracked in half and my coffees spilled everywhere” — The woman said “I know, I thought it would hold” – She the proceeded to tell me that I was welcome to go inside and purchase new coffees… Are you serious!?!? I spend a fortune at this location every month and all of the staff know me. She then handed me ONE napkin to clean it up. Then a few moments later, I watch the exact same thing happen to another customer. Awesome. Now my car is a mess and I have no coffee. Great way to start the day. I had to “wrench it away” from her. The bowl was sitting there on a counter for a long time “waiting” for a chicken. Obviously, the rice was cold when I got it. Then I called and asked for coffee but girl refused to serve as she said it’s not under their policy and I could come later on. I need to ask everyone specially Tim’s facility that we trucker brings every necessary thing under every circumstance and in return receive this sort of behaviour. Is this good and respectful. Don’t u think trucker are also human beings and should treat little bit better. Raman cant remember customer order. She always give the wrong order and blame the customer and throw the bagle crazy. She dont allow me to use the Coupon. It will make you late for any plans you have that day, and you’ll be trapped and can’t even leave. Legit took 20min in this drive thru on two separate occasions, never went again. Ordering from the app and picking up inside helps avoid that problem, but then you can’t rely on a drive thru when needed. Food quality is okay, so they get 4 stars. Service could be a little less rude too. Edit 1 year later: they have since renovated the drive thru and it is now one of the fastest. And employees are nice too. Well done 👍🏻By Hamza (2 months ago)

This is a bit ridiculous, it has looked the same since 9am and it is currently 2:30pm. Really need better organization of this drive thru
The employees here are very quick and efficient. I have never had a complaint, or a mistake with my order. Before, it used to be really slow. But maybe they have a new amazing team in place that it really makes a difference. Keep up the good work guys your doing amazing
Not a good customer services over here. The boy who took the order was great but on yhe other hand the girl who gave thee order was rude and the coffee she made was not good and it was cold. And when we approach her she was talking in a rude way and showing attitude. This is not a great way of dealing with the customers hope you guys can understand. We are paying for the coffee not asking for free.
I paid $3 for a bagel and cream cheese, $2 for bagel andbl $1 for cream cheese. I know stuff are expensive but what I got for cream cheese is not even worth a $1. Prep person might as well just put the packaging with the word cream cheese in the bagel. Too bad I can’t post a photo of what I got. To the manager/owner of the store I am more than happy send you the photo of what your store has served me if you like
The girl at soup and sandwich station said it will take 30 minutes to cook potato wedges in the oven and they have prior orders of wedges also. So that means it’s good to say no to serve food to someone. At least take the order and ask the customers if they can wait till that time but instead of doing that just say it will take 30 minutes and we have prior orders too. Not good service 🙁
Is that oven too small that it cannot handle more than 1-2 orders. We also worked at Tim Hortons for almost 3-4 years we never did this kind of things. Even there are 4 orders of wedges than put another tray inside at same time and ask customers if they can wait. It never takes 30 minutes for wedges to be cooked in the oven.
