But others don’t properly get your coffee / tea mix correct, sometimes food and drinks are cold, asked for certain type of muffin, got a completely differently one. It seems to be a regular occurrence with the younger staff that they severely lack any type of ” courteous service”. I was greeted at the speaker with ” what can I get ya” and had to repeat my order twice before I got “k, got it”. I approached the pick up window and was basically ignored by the girl at the window. She didn’t greet me, when I said I was paying debit she just tossed the debit machine at me- not confirming my order or total. I paid, put my debit card away and turned to find my bagged order shoved right in my face. I barely had time to grab it before she left go if it!! Hot soup in my lap would NOT have been fun if I’d been a second slower taking the bag. Before I even had a chance to say thank you, she’d closed the window without saying a word!! Is this your idea of “friendly, courteous service”? I’d much rather take the time to leave positive reviews as I feel so few people do. I feel I don’t have a choice. Week after week I’ve had the displeasure of encountering the rudest woman in the drive through. I’m there every week morning and dread the possibility of having this woman be at the window when I pull around. She rarely ever holds the scanner out to read the app, I have to reach up to the window where she leaves the scanner sitting. I then have to reach through the window to either tap my card or pass through change. She never speaks and acts as though she’d rather be anywhere else. - Reviews:The staff was fast & courteous, not like some places where walk in customers are second rate to the drive thrus. The food was nicely made, not sloppy with sauce. The place was super clean & someone wiped down the tables & chairs as well as the exterior doors while I was there. Went to Timmy’s cause I wanted a coffee. Haven’t been in maybe 10 years. I didnt even know how to order. Lady said to me, “what would you like?” I said, “I’d like a coffee”. She then said, “What kind of coffe?” I then replied “What?”
Clean place. Fresh products. Fast service (for in store orders. I didn’t try drive through). Men’s washroom is a total experience.

I have tried walk in , the gate was locked . I went on Drive thru wanted 3 Coffee , Bagels, Sandwich.& Donut. But they said due to short staff she cannot give me or I cannot buy any food. Then I just had to buy 3 Coffees only. When I came by window there were 2-3 girls chatting & laughing . They do have staff to do fun I guess.
So Today I came in for exact same order and I was given what I wanted to buy. There was 2 old ladies 1 at window & 1 in sandwich station made my order. Which I do respect them.
THESE MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS
We all know about Tim’s… however, I hate the fact that they are on the same bandwagon as many other businesses… meaning, If customers love the product- stop selling it!
Denied quarter cup of hot water for baby milk.
I had an order of two coffee but was asked to pay for little bit of hot water for the baby.
