1. Good well lit location with sections or departments for pretty much everything you’ll need for day to day life. There are tons of clothing options for every gender and age, from babys right on up to adults, a DIY area, automotive section, sporting goods, entertainment, kitchen and home related sections and a whole side of the store dedicated to grocery items. They also have a McDonald’s in the store near the checkout areas. Overall, good for your one stop shopping needs, and they do price match last i checked so pricing, which isnt usually too bad, wont be an issue. Staff are usually friendly and helpful but it depends on the day of course. Overall recommend a stop here.

2. I ordered something on line 15 days ago to be pick it up at store. After I did not receive notification to go an pick it up, I contacted costomer service and they told me that he item was sold a “third party” they contacted saying:

   Thank you for contacting us about your order. We are truly sorry that you did not get your order. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you. Your order has already been shipped physically but according to the shipping service your package was returned to sender due to business closed at the time of delivery. We have forwarded your issue to the accounts department and also schedule for the refund. We will back to you soon with the status of the refund amount for your order.

   I do not believe a walmart supplier do not know the business hours and only show once?

3. Really bad customer service by an arrogant lady named bev , while i was doing an instacart shopping for a customer, i Needed help with an item which i wasn’t able to find. This lady literally said to my face that she cannot help me she doesn’t get any extra money to help me even asked to give her my paycheck. I believe it doesn’t matter if i am shopping for me or for someone else because i am still a customer . If she don’t want to help why she is wearing a jacket saying happy to help, it doesn’t make any sense at all. When i asked for her name she said the management knows about instacart shopper which I don’t understand what she meant by that . instacart shoppers are not asking for any favour we are paying like any other customers. i never had such a worst customer service experience before also i never had any issues like this with any representative over there before . I spoke with a manager she said she will talk to her. Anyway it just ruined my day.

4. Special recognition to Manpreet and PV from E-commerce who went over and above helping me locate an online pickup order that went missing after being told by another employee I was basically out of luck. They not only searched for the order, they had it recovered and delivered to me within minutes. Great friendly service.

5. Very busy and long lineup for the “many items” self-serve area but they only had like 4 out of 10 tills open
