I rarely give anyone a 5 star rating, especially a Walmart, but this one was like shopping night and day difference compared to our local Walmart in Brampton.
It was clean, well organized, the clothing department orderly…and their dressing rooms were open. In our Brampton Walmart, the store is always disorderly, shelves disheveled, dressing rooms closed due to the high degree of theft.
It was a real pleasure shopping there.
Very clean, organized, with good service and large selection of everything I looked for.
HOWEVER,
They have done away with the express line-up for 8 – 10 articles and under and have replaced with “Do it Yourself” cashes.
Personally, I do NOT like serving myself! I am NOT a cashier and neither do I ever want to be.
Not bad enough that prices have all gone up but now they are going to send cashiers home so we can do their jobs instead???? W.T.F.
Lots of people to help you around. Employees take their time and make sure you don’t have any more questions. Best experience of shopping in a while…in a walmart… I wasn’t expecting that.
I love this beauty service of clientele and good service but change 2 time my 75 samsung because is crack but the place is good and have 1 beaute on the edge 😉
I bought a sweater from this location yesterday, and after washing it before wearing, the stitching was coming undone on the back and they refuse to process a return for me, I had to reach out to corporate and they are working on resolving. I even showed them the stitching on the inside showing it was not negligence and was denied a return. Very poor customer service. If I could give them no stars I would, but I guess I’ll need to settle with one, I guess because the store was open!?
