What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. You can buy so many things in one store. But Walmart donot do ‘price matching’ in Canada. I don’t like it. I like their cosmetics, dairy and grocery section. Walmart should launch more frozen seafood products.

  2. Noticed that there were only two cashier lines available today, and the one I choose was extremely slow. I don’t want cashiers to do checkout very fast, or even fast as well. But today felt like there were a competition to see who can do the slowest checkout while many people where waiting in queue. A little bit improvement in checkout speed will be nice. Also having more queues will be helpful as well.

  3. Wow! All the other store Managers and employees need to go to this store so they can SEE what a store should look like. Clean organized and no skids of product
laying around . Employees were polite and greeted you and said have a good night! I give you 10 stars but it.only lets me to 5.

  4. Went in today at aprox 1:30pm to look at overalls for work. The lady in the clothing section was very kind and helpful helping me find them. I looked at the price and it showed $42, tried them on and went to go pay for them. Whebln I scanned it at self check out it rang up to $67 I went back to double check the price and it showed $42 not even a tag with $67 anywhere on the shelf. I let the employee know at self check out she was very kind and called for a csm, Kristina I believe her name was after asking the self check out employee. Needed to ask the self check out employee because the csm was extremely rude took a 1second look and said no that’s not the price and starting walking away. As she turned i asked about the scanning code of conducted and as she walking away she said we don’t honor that. Then asked the employee to call clothing? Not sure what calling clothing was going to resolve? This was a very awkward and tense situation not only for me but the other employees. Very very dissapointed to be ignored and treated like garbage when. I was nothing but kind and patient.

  5. I don’t know who give training to employees .and why hire 90% students .they don’t know to put products .how many time customers will check what is this in pack

They have changed a lot recently. Started food section too, its more clean now as compared to what it used to be. Staff is very welcoming and efficient. Everything is well stocked and the store has got even bigger.

This store is easily one of the worst Walmarts I have been to. There are rarely any carts, even in the early morning on non-busy days. The stock is often mixed up and workers don’t know where things are. They even sell EXPIRED products often. Today is Jan 14, and there is yogurt on the shelf that expired on Jan 6, and lots of products only expiring in 2 days. Be better, Walmart.

This location has improved over the years but it occasionally has no carts or baskets which can be frustrating.

They have totally redone this Walmart in the last year or two. There is produce, freezers, refrigerators, dry food, and electronics. Store is a lot bigger than it used to be. Self checkout only on the way into the mall. Some tills and self checkout on the way to the parking lot. Lots of parking.

Here is how the Walmart at this location, welcomes its customers: baskets ( those that customers grab) are filled with trash and so its the floor. This ain’t cool! Two stars because an employee had actually smiled at me otherwise would have been one star.

Staff were rude today, specifically in the clothing department. Two employees were talking. I approached them asking if I’d be able to try on some clothes. The one employee said no. They weren’t cheery and from the beginning I had the impression I was bothering them. I was a bit confused so I asked why, and she replied that the change rooms were closed. I then asked when they opened back up ( my mistake, I thought it was a time of day thing) and she said she didn’t know, they were under construction. I replied with “oh fair enough” I guess I’ll have to buy all of these , go try them on in a bathroom nearby or something and return what doesn’t fit. The employee said: “no, you have to take them home to try on”. I didn’t quite understand why, but I just said okay, and took my clothes to a rack a few sections away to sort through what was really worth buying If I didn’t know it would fit. The two employees followed me to that section and stood quite closely while I did this, just chatting with each other and watching me. I just ended up leaving without buying anything, it wasn’t worth the hassle. In summary: rude staff, no change rooms, and also they really don’t have enough cashiers opened based on the amount of customers. Just go to a different Walmart. (The Winners and Old Navy next door were great and all their staff were so kind and helpful)

This location has been my go-to Walmart for years. The biggest problem they have is with their checkouts. It’s a Christmas miracle if you find more than 2 tills open. They only have 4 tills now because the rest are self checkouts. I don’t agree with that, as it takes jobs away from people who need them. Yesterday, my mother and I were at the store doing our weekly grocery run, and they had two checkouts open, as usual. We waited behind ONE person for more than 20 minutes. She wanted to apply for the credit card, that’s okay, but instead of taking her to customer service (she didn’t seem to understand what was going on because they needed to fill in her information for her) they called over 4 managers. How they can have 4 managers come over to use one pin pad and not think to open another till is beyond me. We actually left our groceries (half were on the belt already) and just walked out. I’ve never been so frustrated with a store before. That was the last straw and we’ll be using Cambridge or the Ira Needles location from now on. It’s just not worth the headache.

I gone there to purchase trousers/ pants for my wife but had a big surprise that all trail rooms were closed and were being used as storage. We were advised by the the store representative that please purchase 2 or 3 pants and try these in your home, if these are not having proper fitting , you can return these and may purchase some others ……….. sorry for inconvenience I came to know that this is going on since months. I request to the management to please rectify this issue for the ease of the Walmart Customers.

dirty store, stuff all over the place and cart full of returns can’t get through, fire hazard as employees stand around talking and good luck understanding any info over the intercom if you are english speaking. Washrooms disgusting. Need help good luck, they look at you stunned turn to their buddy and speak their language very very rude, and ignore you. Lowest level of service and quality. Have to rate a one however this store doesn’t even deserve a one.
