- Reviews:Very insufficient experience staff. Peak season as well school holidays. Many of the online ewallet does not work. So long waiting to pay like 10-15 minutes. E-wallet TnG is not mature in its end service delivery. Just look at the queue. Really appreciate the kind thought. Besides that, they also lend me their cables to charge my phone…while waiting for my grandson at the Legoland. We went at 9pm, ordered a bunch of hot food because everywhere else around the area was closed. So that was a plus point. The food came about 915~ which was okay, however at 935 the staff reminded us that they are now closed. We had 2 young kids with us who were trying to eat the hit food. When we pointed out that it said 10pm outside, they said no. But checked, came back in, and said “ah yes 10pm”. Then they changed the time to 930pm on the sign. I’ve also submitted a time change in Google Maps to reflect the new operating hours for all as it states even longer operating hours. Place: standard starbucks outlet, but with fairly limited indoor seats and a few outdoor seats. parking is tough to find. Otherwise, it’s similar in other aspects.
Service: ok la. What one would expect of starbucks outlet. Well trained and efficient. Of cuz no one will complaint if it were faster.
Drinks:
1. Mango on the beach frappucino (RM19.90): nice cooling drink on a hot day. Verdict: Not for diabetics.
Customer service are good at here just the barista need to improve his skills. Order carramel machiato here then I’m not sure why the barista put extra esspresso shot in my drinks that I never ask. He ruins my drinks that I love. Please take action of this matter thank you.
I never really enjoyed being here in particular bcs of the taste of coffee made previously was different like too sweet or over power of shots etc as I’ve been drinking SB for years, but tonight was one of those nights where a staff particularly caught my eye in being the best that he could be. Not only by treating me well with his service but other customers too. His knowledge of coffee is also impressive as he could answered a lot of customer enquiries. Kudos to Syahir and his expertise & hospitality!
This is where I fall in love with my to be ❤️ A very special place in my heart. The ambience is super cook for a hang out or dating. Cozy and super comfy. Friendly staffs , drinks are nice and well prepared. Once we hitched, my to be use to get my favourite cakes with cards for me and deliver them while I am at work. Thank you so much for the great drinks during our first visit here.
Can do work peacefully upstairs but might need to bring headphones, theres some music from the speakers and people tend to talk quite loudly (it is a coffee shop after all)
Toilet hygiene is fine, and the baristas are friendly.
