This is a well organized and friendly store. On a plus note, I’ve managed to grab some nice clearouts over the years. High-end ping pong table, and this nice basketball net. Always worth looking through for excellent deals.
A few days ago my neighbor bought a package of steak and brought it to my house to ask me if I thought it looked good. However it was covered in brown spots which is a sign of it going off and they told me they bought it at Walmart. Today I went to Walmart to do some grocery shopping and was curious so I looked at the steaks only to find that they too had all the brown spots all over them and that they were showing signs of going off before the best before date. Really need to be mindful of quality control here!
Went to this location today. Usually we have no issues as we have always purchased something when visiting. Well today we were in the area and thought we would pop in quickly but decided to not buy anything and to just go home. I had my two year old daughter, husband and my husbands service dog with us! As my husband suffers from extreme anxiety. Well. We get to the front of the store. And had approached some young guys who works there. And was asking for them to open the gate so we can leave as they can see we did not purchase anything. All of a sudden this older gentleman named John who is a people’s greeter on the food side comes over. He was discriminatory towards my husbands service dog and said he couldn’t open the gate because he doesn’t have a key. (The gate does not require a key) argumentative with my husband while I was filming everything. He says, “I didn’t see your service dog.” As they’re suppose to open the gate for anyone with disabilities. HOW CAN YOU NOT SEE A DOG WHOS FULLY VESTED STANDING THERE!!! His excuse was . WELL a lot of people bring in animals! This is unacceptable towards people who have disabilities!!!! A older female manager came over and told him to OPEN THE GATE for us! He did so with ATTITUDE and OH WAIT! NO KEY NEEDED!!!!!
Go support a different Walmart!
I would like to recognize the young Man who assisted me in the Photo Dept today. Sorry I do not remember his name but he took my Passport pictures. He was very pleasant and helpful. A pleasure to do business with.
I placed an online order and the service from everyone was absolutely great. It is so refreshing to be dealing with polite friendly guys. I had ordered water softener salt. 18 lg bag. In error they gave me 11 kg bags. I called and the person I spoke to apologized. He was anxious to do whatever he could to make it right. When I returned to the stor to pick up there was some confusion,but again the customer service rep did not stop until he figured it out. Every company makes mistakes. In my opinion how the mistake is handled is more important and these guys in the back online grocery area nailed it. Well done
