  1. I have ordered thousands of things online. This was my worst experience with online ordering ever. I decided to order the TV on black Friday and do it online so I would be able to get the huge TV delivered for a 10.99 fee which sounded like a Fantastic deal And save me the hassle of finding someone to transport the 70″ TV. On December 5th it says it was delivered I contacted Walmart Canada they swear up-and-down it was delivered and actually I’m lying. Then the delivery date changes to December 9th still saying delivered. I spoke to several agents by this point and received an email as well being told to contact the RCMP and report my item stolen. I have several cameras on my property and I know for 100% sure that this TV never made it to my address. They are trying to force me To call and make a report of theft in order to get a refund. I am explaining to them that you cannot report something stolen that you never had. I never had the TV, it never arrived at my address therefore no theft took place. I finally contacted the courier service as they were closed on the weekend and out it is a week day. Guess what my TV is not last. I can’t believe that all of the agents I spoke to did not go further than just reading on their screen that it had been delivered. It was obviously an error. I Have now spoken to many other customers who have had the same experience. It very much ruined my Christmas spirit being worried for the past 14 days that my TV that I had saved up a $1000 for was lost or missing. Get your s h I t together and actually investigate these Sorts of incidents because I’m sure I’m not the 1st I’m not going to be the last person that has this sort of experience. The only reason you got a one is because 0 isn’t available. Worst customer service. I will never ever shop online with Walmart again. I Have spent countless hours worried about where my TV was meanwhile it was safe and sound and on its way.

  3. Shopping at Walmart is always cool since they have what I need. Nice staff and nice, trustful security guards. One time my bike was stolen and the guards there tried harder to catch the guy then the police.

  4. This location has improved 1000% since Elite Security has taken over. The shopping experience is miles what it used to be from a year ago. Kudos to the security team. Store employees here are attentive and kind. 5 stars! 🙂

  5. Today my wife tried to exchange something at the customer service desk, she was given a rude one line answer of no all sales are final by an old lady there. Clearly discrimination as when I went back and dealt with it i got a different answer. Not the first time walmart has used race as a card to decide policies with me witnessing it.
    The second lady who helped us was kind and cooperative and made it no big deal or hassle like the first should have. Calling you out lady you decided today my pregnant wife wasn’t worth helping because she was from somewhere else other than Canada.
