1. I must admit that I typically try to avoid Walmart as much as possible, however I needed to print pictures Christmas Eve for a gift and there weren’t many options with relatively low wait times.

   Now, I’ve used those little print kiosks before at Walmart with fewer issues that experienced today. My order kept being deleted or download canceled, which forced me to have to start from scratch. It took so much time, and in the end, I never got the correct photos! I ordered two different orders and the second one was missing pictures. It was quite frustrating and discouraging to come home at the end of the day to put gifts together only to discover I didn’t have the photos I’d planned on. When printing (anywhere) in the future, I’ll double check them before leaving the store.

   All that said, I want to say thank you to the staff (a woman and two men) working the photo printing desk Christmas Eve, midday. You were so helpful, patient and cheerful despite the rush, chaos and frantic customers flying around you. It was a pleasure having your support today (with the issues I was aware of at the time). Thank you!!

2. Tonight i was at Walmart picking up a few things.I looked over and saw
   other people at registers. I was standing behind a gentlemen who seemed very kind and polite paying for his stuff right at closing. There where two employees i was not impressed with there attitude and customer service. It was terrible !!
   I felt bad for the gentlmen in front of me.
   I think something needs to be said
   to those employees.

   Not happy with the customer service. It was terrible !

3. We ordered a vacuum online, and after an hour of being left by customer service reps who ‘went to find our order’ and never came back, we approached customer service to get some help. We were then helped by a manager Richard, who took our experience from 0 stars to 5. He was apologetic, understanding, and empathetic to how frustrated we were. He was thorough in looking for the model we ordered, and when he couldn’t find it he was prompt in finding a solution that we were happy with. While we did waste an entire afternoon in Walmart when we had better places to be, Richard was a great help and turned our experience around.

4. Today I attended WalMart pharmacy for an appointed covid vaccine that I registered on line. At the pharmacy desk I told the woman that I had a covid vaccine scheduled for 9:45 am May 4th. She advised me to be seated on the bench and the pharmacist would attend to me. I asked her how will the pharmacist know that I was there. She said that he would see me and that he had my name on file. I waited from 9:25 am to 10:05 am., in the mean time several other people were called in for the vaccine. Becoming annoyed I went to the other end of the pharmacy and I told the woman there that I had a 9:45 am appointment and I had not been called in for it yet. She asked me if I had registered there and completed the paper work. I said no, I didn’t know that I had to because the other woman had not advisd me to do so, but just to sit on the bench and wait to be called.

   Seems to me that all staff at the pharmacy should be instructed in the procedure for obtaining the covid vaccine.

   The pharmacist performing the vaccines saw me sitting there the whole time but even he did not have the courtesy to ask me why I was there. Umph!

   I am still annoyed. I will never make an appointment at the WalMart pharmacy again and if any one ever asks me where I had my covid vaccine, I will recommend that they never go to the Walmart pharmacy.

5. Control the food.
   Control the people.
   Last year a can of Heinz baked beans were .87cents. Today it is $1.97. We are told inflation is 7per cent. Truth is inflation is7per cent every 3-4 weeks. Big corporations are trying to starve us out.
