1. Would be a four star if Walmart would revert to their original return policy. They are now not accepting returns on anything without a receipt.

   Location is well laid out. Excellent selection for people commuting through on holiday, there is tons of recreational gear and travel friendly food.

   Tentatively recommend.

2. Well I found a better deal at Walmart so that’s where I bought the cart I needed.

   Again the store was clean and well organized.

   I couldn’t find the cart where I had seen them a week before in the aisle.

   No problem! Lead Associate Ben was unloading a pallet. He just dropped it out of the way and brought me the right aisle to find what I needed.

   Every dollar counts these days so I am happy to say this is a better product for my needs and I still paid less.

3. usually i leave positive reviews but i feel like walmarts terrible service warrants a negative review. what i don’t understand is why there is always a line up at self check out? why are the express lanes always closed? not everyone has a cart full. i mean they have 34 registers but only
   8 at a time are open causing for a back up and delay. the associates that are working in that area carry on personal conversations with patrons they know and not paying attention. while people at the register who need an associate to help or either clear the machine so they can continue processing there items. creating longer delays. sometimes you just need to go to walmart for a quick item to pick up but that’s not the case here your in for a minimum 20 minutes while you wait to purchase your “quick” item. it’s a shame that they don’t offer lower than 1 star because i would select that option. walmart in medicine hat really needs to step it up.

4. Walmart is so pungent, it burns nose hairs. Also, my child was crying, so I told her to pick out a new toy to make her feel better, and someone commented that I didn’t know how to parent. Plus I went to get ice cream there was no triple orange chocolate delight with whipped cream. The audacity!!! The only reason I’m giving them two stars is because the employees were nice.

5. I miss the days of standing in line with 20 people ahead of me BUT the cashier was TRYING to get us all out in a timely manner.

   Now I wait in a line with 20 people and 2/20 self check out machines on and working.🤦🏼‍♀️

   Walmarts self check outs are now just like the McDonald’s ice cream machines.

   Not that Walmart cares…they have the money, they don’t need mine.
