Not all of them have blankets or toys and while I visit every time none of the staff come back to where the animals are, to check on them or give them love and attention. They are all alone in their jail cells. It’s very sad. I have donated blankets and one of the times I went one of the dogs was bleeding on the floor. She immediately took the dog out of the cage to get it care. Animals are all very well taken care of and the personnel is friendly and knowledgeable. They have mostly cat, dogs and bunnies up for adoption. They told me to call a different shelter because I found the dog “out of their jurisdiction”. While on the phone with the other shelter, they said the address on the collar was in the correct jurisdiction for where I was and the shelter argued with the other shelter through me. - Reviews:Very friendly, very accommodating to my shy little girl. She wasn’t super wanting to say hello because petsmart employee startled her by bumping into me, making me drop what I was holding on top of her. No apology or anything. I’m disabled so this was super upsetting to the both of us. The employees here were very slow and patient with her and asked if she had allergies. They then selected a treat she would take and gave her a few. They then asked if I needed assistance out because they saw my cane. Such a nice experiance compared to the one I had at petsmart only 10 min earlier. You can see the relief on her face in the pictures having a good experience here. She almost fell asleep sitting up. Wash station was 25 mins, plenty of time to soap, lather, rinse, and blow dry. Every visit is just as good as the last, their bathing stations are set up really well and are very easy to use. The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Clean facility & Stephanie did a great job. Loved the fact that the groomers were jamming out when I came to pick up my pup. Shows me they love what they do and the hair trim turned out GREAT!
Strange experience today. Customer service could’ve been better. Instructions with # phone won’t followed after writing it down. Giving me limit time to pick up my dog. They also offered different sales to certain people, over the phone I was told there was a special going on but when I got there I was offered anything. They offered a coupon to certain people so I will take my business back to Milpitas.
Ive been taking my dog here to be groomed for over a year. Each apointment left something to be desired but my dog is a husky and they are harder to groom with such a thick coat so each time a felt that the services I payed for were adequate. With all that said it has been roughly 2 weeks since the last grooming apointment and I have removed a full grocery bag of undercoat from my dog with plenty more of it scattered around my living room. They did a very poor job and I will be taking my dog elsewhere in the future.
This petsmart is the only pet store in Fremont close to me. I loved this petsmart because of the friendly staff, until this one experience.
Avoid going to Phillip that works at the PetHotel for Petsmart.
Horrible customer service.
They had down registers so they had to ring people up at the pethotel.
I had to wait in line for 5-10 minutes. As I was waiting, my dog accidentally peed on the ground. I was nice enough to let him know as he was ringing up my item. Instead of being a nice employee, he told me to wait for towels so I can clean it up. HORRIBLE.
I could have just walked away and left it, but I was nice enough to let him know. Please avoid Phillip at all cost. Doesn’t know anything about customer service.
Great place for pet adoptions. They host animal shelters like Friends of Madera. My girlie had some sneezes when I first got her and grew up into a very happy, healthy, energetic lady!
The banfield in this location was also my go-to when I lived in Fremont and I took my dog there as well. Staff was always very kind and helpful!
