- Reviews:I wanted to get a dog. My daughter suggested this place. First, I had a blast looking at all the dogs. It was very difficult to choose one but I finally did. Second, everyone was so awesome and helpful in letting me take my time choosing. I went home with the prettiest chocolate colored 1 year old dog. They give you everything you need to know about your selection.By Sherry Engs (3 months ago)Today I gave them 3 stars, they could have examined my cat in the room with me, but know they had to take him in the back. Well, he was scared and when they tried to put him back into his cage he jumped out of their hands, ran up the walls until they caught him. My cat ended up injuring his mouth, it was bleeding. So now a simple visit ended up having him sedated to make sure he didn’t injure his mouth or break a tooth Thankfully it was a minor cut on his gums. Nonetheless, it shouldn’t have happened period. Dr.’s need to examine the pets in the room with the family so we can hold them so they don’t get SCARED !!!!!!!By Teresa Daniel (4 months ago)We had to put our 10 year old boxer down about 2 weeks ago. We took her here and the whole staff was extremely compassionate and comforting and handled everything so delicately. I’ve had Daisy for 2 years now and love her so much. I understand the pros and cons of any dog put up is not always identified by the shelter but what I can admire is that their office did their job in declaring Daisy healthy. I’ve had absolutely no health problems with her. The Humane Society worked with us to help her find her forever home. Maddie, who did our interview, was exceptional. She was compassionate and professional. I always have a great time shopping here. The staff are friendly and help me find things when I’m in need. On my last visit one of the associates went above and beyond searching for my product in back and in their side stock to get me the very last one they had. I appreciate the effort. Also met a fellow customers cute pitbull puppy that was going to dog training. Even snapped a few pics of some snuggled up lizards. Overall it was a very nice visit.
We walked in and Mark was awesome! Walked around with us and helped us pick everything out. Had an amazing experience and today, March 14th, I am going back for grooming! -Stitch the gentle puppy
Mrs . Kerria did a wonderful job on mrs Bonnie ! She was so gentle and kind with her and made her look so cute! I definitely recommend her !
Very smooth trip here. I easily found what I needed. The Banfield Hosp staff quickly processed my Hills diet prescription and my dog is eating it without gastric upset.
Mark was wildly knowledgeable, kind, and readily available for all of our questions as new owners of an aquarium. We are so thankful to be educated by someone as delightful and fun as Mark.
James, on the other hand was extraordinarily uncouth, malicious and rude.
Please take this review into consideration to commend and reward your incredible staff members such as Mark.
Please also take this review into consideration with the knowledge that James speaks to your customers like they are canine fecal matter underneath his shoe. Maybe he should be cleaning canine fecal matter instead of insulting your nice paying customers.
You would have gotten 5 stars, if James wasn’t such a pompous, self righteous degenerate.
