- Reviews:We came in to see the cats and try to adopt one. The lady helping was so rude.. she didn’t wanna show us the cat unless we committed to taking him before even interacting with him. She obviously didn’t want to help from the start. My son thinks he’s allergic so I wanted to see how he did before committing .. well she still said no. And seemed in a hurry to get us out of the store. My dog can be dog-reactive, and the groomers have always been very accommodating for us (including taking us as a walk-in appointment near closing time, or when it’s typically less busy in the store). - Reviews:I paid a visit to Cat Therapy while in Santa Barbara and I’m so happy I did. It was cute, had a chill vibe, lots of cute kitties and plenty of toys to engage with the cats. I didn’t catch her name, but the girl running the front desk was very kind and friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this to friends and I will be sure to visit if ever in the area again. Super friendly cats. Most were napping but many were up & interactive. Not sure WHY anyone would give a poor rating. I paid for an hour & left before my time was up. Didn’t complain about the price. So many cats, young and old, all with different personalities. Some want to play, some just want to chill. Some want to climb on your shoulders. Cat Therapy isn’t a cafe, it’s more just a meet-and-greet adoption agency and chill-with-a-cat zone. Having been to a number of cat cafes around the world, the thing that struck me the most was that Cat Therapy didn’t smell. So many cat cafes can smelly like cat pee or stuffy. I took my dog her for the first time and it was nice. Took a picture of my pup with Santa Claus. She was so cute and Santa was nice. Would recommend to take your pet.
Great, friendly and accommodating staff. The store was presentable and clean. It was easy to pick up my online order, thanks to the guy at the first register.
After 6 attempts at small business owners all booked4-6 weeks out, ibooked next morning here. Have a senior rescue poodle mix so I was as nervous as Rosie. My groomer put us both at ease and my girl got a great cut! Thank you. I’ll be back next time and for sure first call I’ll make
4/23/23 had a grooming appointment. Went in to grooming appointment with a sign on door saying they are closed specifically for today. No phone call, email, or text letting us know.
My experience was at the Banfield
Animal Hospital. It’s always pleasant, and the employees & doctors are professional, extremely kind, good listeners and the work area is neat and clean.
