- Reviews:Excellent service and they take good care of the animals. Staff and volunteers are helpful and care about the animals. It’s a no-kill shelter and and deserves to be supported in its efforts. The state of California is one of the worst statistically for killing animals who could be placed in another home. It’s nice to be able to support an adoption center that has found ways, often creative and fun, to support its work and service.By Kerry Smith (5 months ago)Took Gizmo to get adopted paid 50$ I didn’t have the full relinquishment fee staff was kind enough to understand still kept my appointment. He passed the two assessments tests and was accepted in to their facility. 4 days later he got adopted this is a great place to take your beloved pets if you ever find yourself in a difficult situation. I am very supportive of the type of work they do, and appreciate their service very much. I had a litter of kittens and could not find homes for them. As soon as they were ready, they were able to be brought in and all 4 were adopted out within two weeks. I had another kitten that was given to me and I could not keep it. I was able to take it to Mary S. Roberts, where it was adopted out within a week. I can only say that if you spend time with the sweet souls that you need to find homes for, and socialize them well and care for them, that will shine through and they will be adopted quickly. I hope everyone decides to take a chance on the beautiful creatures that they shelter and try to find homes for. They have wonderful dogs & cats! They truly take care of every pet that arrives at the center. Glad I went in as there was a good selection of adoptable animals and they seem to take amazing care of them. I adopted my kitty and he is an amazing addition to the family. - Reviews:It was clean and they had nice music playing to keep the dogs calm in the air cooled kennels. They were understaffed but it was fairly clean in spite of it. Help was hard to come by. I adopted a senior German Shepherd Dog. The staff were incredible! So I decided to adopt Daisy. She’s a 9 year old female weimranar/pit mix. As you see in the first picture, she was very underweight and a month later looks like a healthy, beautiful girl!! I adopted her on November 30, 2019 and within two weeks I had to put my Lexi-Bischon Frisay of 14 years to sleep. Daisy came to me at the most perfect time and I’m so entirely grateful for her. A very special thank you to Jeanette for your patience and understanding the day of adoption. Thank you for giving me and Daisy ample time to see if we’d be a good fit for each other. I always purchase the best high quality food and other items for my pet bunny. They have good deals, sell lots of pets. Love that vista rescue comes and helps pets get adopted and they support the local animal shelter too. My bunny’s always happy after I go shopping for him.
Update! Jan 2021
I purchased 2 menows, cold water fish for my son tank plus three smaller sized goldfish. Already had my 10 gal tank and Aqueon filter.
Already in love with the tank.

I don’t shop at pet stores often but I being at this store couple of times and for the must part is ok the only thing that I didn’t like was seeing the oldest member of the crew pushing carts climbing ladders and really trying to help everyone.
I wish the younger crew members would take more initiative like this older woman
It’s a Pet Smart, but it’s does have a groomer and animal hospital in the building. They have mostly everything. Sometimes, stocks are low, and it happens overall it’s a good Pet Smart.
It was one of the nicest places I have been since the country opened up. The customer service went far and be yound the best ! The service was friendly and helpful. Thank you pet smart in Moreno Valley CA! You Rock
I placed an online order here because I was visiting my parents, I didn’t get to pick it up the same day it was ready but that night I received an email saying “thanks for picking up your order” 5 minutes before they closed. They did give me a refund since I wasn’t the once that picked it up but I’m pretty sure the employees kept it for themselves, I had an item that had sold out at the store in my order. Never buying from here again.
