3 months agoThis is the second time I’ve stayed here. Rooms are nice and clean, parking is lit up and surrounded by hotel rooms, like a horse shoe, so no worries about car thieves. One way in and out! Great wifi, nice TV, beautiful bathroom. Perfect for us!2 months agoSuper fast check inn!!! Rooms are decent in size and need improvement however their staff is amazing!!! Dora the housekeeper gave me excellent service and the front desk people were able to resolve any and every issue I had! Hotel itself is decent but the people who work there makes up for the decent rooms!!!3 weeks agoDO NOT !! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!! ESPECIALLY IF HAVE CHILDREN !!! These individuals are dirty and very aggressive and very inconsiderate just not fit for business owners !! Me & my family booked 4 nights last minute because our ac went out at home and on the 3rd day of check out they stated my stay was only for 3 nights which I know exactly how much I paid anyhow I didn’t receive no refund and at that my husband had to rush back from location to pick us up eta was 1 hour & 30 minutes and I let them know so they were okay with me staying in there for a little then The woman in the front came to the room to ask me to leave now mind this it was 104 degrees outside and she began saying she didn’t care about us she wanted her money then I told her okay we’ll my husband is not even 20 minutes away and she started hollering obnoxiously and tried attacking me while my child was present I stood up right in front of her because hell if she would’ve laid one finger on my child !!! Everyone next Door even upstairs can hear the mess she was it came to the point where I had to lock myself in the hotel room and call law enforcement!!! She had the other men in the front desk harrassing and threatening me until law enforcement arrived then they wanted to act professional!!! I wouldn’t advise anyone to support this business whatsoever!!a month agoBooked a room and when my girlfriend and I arrived they said they couldn’t give us a room even though we already paid and wouldn’t give a refund. Never going to a motel 6 ever again, and I recommend to anyone else traveling or even trying to have a night out never stay here!in the last weekThe old haggard Hindi witch looked at me then at my P.Y.T then tried to up charge me after the told me 20$ check in fee. a week agoWhere do I even begin to share just how extraordinarily wonderful my stay at this hotel was? From the front desk staff to the housekeeping crew, every team member was at all times, polite, professional, exceedingly competent at their job but, most importantly, smiling and cheerful. You could actually feel just how genuinely happy they were to interact with you. I have stayed at thousands of hotels on 5 different continents over the past half century and the staff at this hotel rises head and shoulders above all the rest. The only thing that marred my stay here was a kitchen area light with a burned out bulb that was not addressed until after my three day stay. Other than that, I cannot sing the praises of this hotel too highly. I honestly felt as if I were leaving behind members of my friends and family when I checked out. It really is THAT good.a week agoBreakfast , August 7 the Breakfast horrible. I grabbed a box of milk for cereal it was bad bad bad . I grabbed coffe cold I grabbed a play to Breakfast plates broken. I ask the lady in the kitchen a the time that all food was bad . She didn’t care she just keep talk and chatting with the maintenance guy. The room no problem that a 8 of 106 months agoAll the staff including management were very kind an clean rooms good breakfast an every thing you could ask for in hotel best one I have ever been in11 months agoI’ve worked here almost 2yrs now, so maybe I am biased, but this is an AMAZING extended stay hotel that provides a complimentary breakfast daily and a Social the first 3 evenings of the week with complimentary wine/beer and a heavy snack. Each room has pots/pans, a fridge, dishes, ect so you can cook in your room. There’s also a pool, 2 propane grills, a fitness and laundry centers…ALL COMPLIMENTARY TO OUR GUESTS!! We have the friendliest, best staff and our G.M. is cooler than a Polar Bears toe nails!! Come check us out if you need a place to rest over night, for a couple of days to a week or longer! We treat you better than family.5 months agoFeels like home. Greatest customer service in odessa.. Best Hotel in area.. would hate to stay anywhere else

Jo is in charge of the breakfast buffet and is always so friendly and takes great pride in taking care of guests!
Rooms are always clean and beds are comfy. My only ask would be to get new shower heads with more water pressure. Other than that 5 stars!
We stayed here for about a week. It’s a wonderful hotel! Only a couple of years old as of this writing. The staff is super friendly and very willing to help with anything. Laundry facilities are very reasonable priced. There are restaurants close by, but no grocery store if you don’t have a car.
I stated a night. Wasn’t impressed at all. It was the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at. Reviews are confusing because I stayed here based on them.
Rooms were clean. Front Lobby was hot…no AC! Dinning room was hot. The pool is not heated. The total price when reserving the room does not include the $4/day they charge you to park at the Hotel! I’ve never paid to park at another Hotel?? If they charge you to park…then perhaps they need cameras to help protect your cars/belongings? Overall…It’s not a bad Hotel. Front Desk people were very nice and friendly.
Love this place. Every time I come to town… This is where I try to stay… The staff makes me feel like family… They make me feel safe which is important when traveling… The rooms are always clean when I check in… The amenities are well taken and the manager is probably my favorite manager out of all the hotels I stay at… She’s just awesome! Love this place… No complaints… Not one!
