What Services Do You Get in a Touchless Car Wash?
Touchless car wash is a service that provides a thorough cleaning for vehicles without the use of brushes or other physical contact. Instead, high-pressure water and specialized detergents are used to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from the surface of the car. This type of car wash is popular because it minimizes the risk of scratches or damage to the vehicle’s paintwork. Below are some of the services typically included in a touchless car wash:
-
Pre-soak: The car is sprayed with a pre-soak solution that helps to loosen dirt and grime. This step is crucial for effective cleaning, especially for heavily soiled vehicles.
-
High-pressure rinse: A powerful jet of water is used to rinse off the pre-soak solution, along with any loose dirt or debris.
-
Detergent application: Specialized detergents are applied to the vehicle using high-pressure nozzles. These detergents are formulated to be tough on dirt and grime, but gentle on the car’s paintwork.
-
Thorough cleaning: The detergents are left to dwell on the vehicle’s surface for a short period of time to allow them to break down any stubborn dirt or grime. High-pressure water is then used to agitate and remove the dirt, leaving the car clean and shiny.
-
Spot-free rinse: To prevent water spots from forming on the car’s surface, a spot-free rinse is applied. This rinse contains special chemicals that help to minimize water spotting, leaving the car’s paintwork looking flawless.
-
Drying: After the rinse, a series of powerful air dryers are used to remove excess water from the vehicle’s surface. These dryers help to prevent water spots and streaks from forming, ensuring a spotless finish.
-
Add-on services: Some touchless car washes may offer additional services such as tire shine, undercarriage cleaning, or interior vacuuming. These add-ons can help to enhance the overall appearance of the vehicle and provide a more thorough cleaning.
Overall, touchless car wash services are a convenient and effective way to keep vehicles looking their best, while also minimizing the risk of damage to the paintwork. The high-pressure water and specialized detergents used in touchless car washes help to remove even the toughest dirt and grime, leaving vehicles clean, shiny, and protected.

2 weeks agoI had one major issue in the past, which was resolved afterward by management. They do a great with the interior, especially with the vacuuming after my 2 double coat dogs leave their hair everywhere. I should upgrade my membership to full service (interior and exterior)3 months agoI have a minivan, and I noticed when I went through, the brushes didn’t wrap around the back, and it was dirty after it dried. I asked the guy running the show (the owner?) if I could go back through, and they explained it was because I had a trailer hitch. So I took it off, and they ran my van through again. It came out great! Excellent wash for $7 and great customer service!!!8 months agoReally hate to have to post this review. After going here for over 20 years, new ownership took over a year ago. I was excited to see the upgrades and some of the same staff. Unfortunately last week I took my BRAND NEW 2023 Xt5 through the wash and as they were cleaning the inside I discovered unbelievable scratches and gouges taken out of the paint. I was then treated like I was lying, and told that people scam them all of the time. We went into the office and reviewed the cameras and amazingly my car had no scratches before entering the wash. I was told by Tom the owner that I would be contacted the next day to rectify the situation, and wouldn’t you know it, no call. I’ve left several messages and no response. Unless you want thousands of dollars of damage done to your car, do not take it here. I will attempt to upload pictures on this review so you can see the damages. So disappointing.7 months agoHonestly, I am so disappointed in the ownership here. My husband’s car got scratched going through the wash and after reviewing the video with my husband, they told him they would call him the next day. After leaving several messages for days, no one ever called back. It took my husband leaving a bad review for someone to actually respond. But it’s funny that they only responded to the google review and still never had the decency to CALL him.In their response, they claim that they had called the manufacturer of the equipment and had their equipment specialist come out. The owner claims they found nothing and that it would be “impossible” for their equipment to cause damage. Yeah… the same way the Titanic was unsinkable huh? Wouldn’t it also make sense to have my husband bring his car up there when this “specialist” came out?
The fact is, his car was not scratched when it came in. If I could post the video, I would, but google only allows images. So instead, a still shot of the video will have to suffice. There is clearly not a scratch on the car. Look at the hood. You would 100% see those big scratches if they were there beforehand.
The point is that accidents happen. And just because whatever caused it can’t be explained, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Ownership needs to take responsibility and be big enough to actually CALL back instead of us having to post google reviews back and forth to get a response.
For the record, we don’t like leaving bad reviews. We always give people an opportunity to make it right. And if ownership decides to handle this the way it should have been handled in the first place, I would be happy to adjust my review.
a month agoThis is the best car wash in the area!! Everyone there works so hard. I went through today and the tall guy with the long hair dried my car and was amazingly friendly and upbeat even though he was swamped! All around a great car wash and a great team there!

4 months agoI have the monthly package deal for car wash and I always tip since they do a splendid job . The only thing is both workers have to be on the same page when entering. You can’t have one person yelling go or stop and the other giving hand gestures for the opposite. Normally, the one on the left does the instructing. The one on the right needs to not yell out opposite instructions. Maybe she was new!?!?4 years ago*EDITED REVIEW* If I could give them negative stars I would. At the end of the day, there’s nothing proprietary about a car wash. Everyone essentially does the same thing. So when does it matter? When something goes wrong. When they damage your vehicle. As a monthly billed / regular customer, and after the prolonged equipment upgrade I’ve used the wash a few times. I went through most recently, and the air dry portion of the wash literally blew door molding off the car. I immediately got out inspected it, then spoke with the manage (or perhaps he was the owner as the way he was presenting himself, and “his” machines). We debated the point that the machines did or didn’t didn’t do the damage to the car prior to entering the wash. He then took me inside to watch the cameras, which *CLEARLY* show the molding strip being blown loose / broken at the last stage of the wash, and where the molding was *CLEARLY* attached as I entered. There is a camera at every station through the wash, and the molding piece doesn’t come lose until the 150mph air dry blowers blowers. The manager / owner and his absolutely careless and smug attitude to the situation, my vehicle and a long term paying customer coupled with his absolute denial and total unwillingness to show even the slightest shadow of an attempt to making the situation right is what makes their service and business reprehensible. At the end of the day, you didn’t lose a customer and earn a horrible review because your machines broke a piece of trim off my vehicle. You lost a customer and earned this review due to how you handled the situation and your smug attitude and absolute denial over it. $25 bucks to fix it won’t put me out. Its a matter of business principal and integrity. If you can flat our deny the issue with video clearly showing otherwise, then that’s an issue of integrity. So beware. It’s a car wash. Great, until they break something. At which time they’ll promptly tell you it’s not their problem, their equipment didn’t do it, and to pound sand. Pictures posted with the review. I wouldn’t drive a rental car through here if I had a free wash coupon.2 months agoGreat wash. Expensive but well worth ita month agoMy completely stock 2024 Silverado 2500hd z71 fit in this wash and it came out nice and clean and un-scratched, although it wasn’t very dirty before.a year agoNot bad, Premier! With the salt season underway and hand-washing being less ideal, I decided to check this place out!First off, I will say that the attendants here did a very thorough job at spraying down my car at the beginning of the wash, which I really appreciated. One thing that you’re going to notice right away at Premier is that they use a TON of soap, so don’t worry about there ever being a lack of suds on your car, which is a great thing; you get your money’s worth!
Obviously, this is a traditional contact wash, so there is going to be rotating cloth massaging your car. However, it was not as aggressive as most competitors and the materials seemed very quality.
I went for the “Supreme” wash for $15 because the wheel cleaner is superb! While Premier is a little bit more pricier than their competitors, I would say that I absolutely got my money’s worth out of the wash, and it WAS in fact a more quality wash than others in the area. I mean, my rear window was spotless; can you think of any automatic car wash that is able to successfully get that? For those who want to really stay on top of keeping their car clean during the winter, I think the monthly plan is a pretty great deal.
While the hot air dry at the end is very powerful, and you could likely drive away happy with the results, if you want the absolute PERFECT results I would consider bringing some microfiber towels and drying off your car to prevent any water spotting/lingering grime. I barely had to do any touching up after the wash though, which is very impressive! I did notice the tire dressing that they use – which was akin to ArmorAll or CoverAll – has a slight tendency to sling, but it came off seamlessly with a detail spray/towel wipe.
To summarize, I am overall very pleased with Premier, and think it is definitely a good place to frequent if you live/work In the Pontiac area and are looking for a good, quality place to get your car cleaned. The lot has plenty of space, payment is simple, and it just seems like a great, no-hassle wash. Absolutely love the shine! Thanks so much for the good service!

The Best Time to Get a Car Wash
Keeping your car clean is important for both its appearance and its value. But with so many factors to consider, it can be hard to know when the best time to get a car wash is.
In this article, we’ll take a look at the factors that affect the best time to get a car wash, and provide some tips for choosing the right time for you.
Factors to Consider
There are a few factors that you’ll want to consider when choosing the best time to get a car wash. These include:
- The weather: If it’s raining or snowing, it’s best to wait until the weather clears before getting your car washed. This will prevent the water from drying on your car’s paint and causing water spots.
- The sun: The sun can be harsh on your car’s paint, so it’s best to avoid getting your car washed during the hottest part of the day. If you must get your car washed during the day, try to do it in the shade.
- The traffic: If you’re concerned about traffic, it’s best to avoid getting your car washed during rush hour.
- Your schedule: If you’re on a tight schedule, you may want to get your car washed during the day. However, be aware that car washes are typically more crowded during the day.
- The type of car wash: If you have a luxury car, you may want to avoid getting it washed at a self-service car wash. These car washes can use harsh chemicals that can damage your car’s paint.
Choosing the Best Time
Once you’ve considered the factors above, you can start to choose the best time to get your car washed. Here are a few recommendations:
- Early morning: Early morning is a great time to get your car washed. The sun isn’t as harsh, and there’s typically less traffic.
- Late evening: Late evening is another good time to get your car washed. The sun is starting to set, so there’s less risk of water spots.
- Cloudy days: If it’s a cloudy day, there’s no need to wait for the sun to go down. You can get your car washed on a cloudy day without worrying about water spots.
Tips for Getting a Car Wash
In addition to choosing the best time to get a car wash, there are a few other things you can do to make sure your car wash is safe and effective. These tips include:
- Read reviews: Before you choose a car wash, read reviews to see what other people have experienced. This will give you an idea of the quality of the wash and the customer service.
- Ask about the cleaning chemicals: Some car washes use harsh chemicals that can damage your car’s paint. Ask about the cleaning chemicals that are used at the car wash and make sure they are safe for your car.
- Be prepared to wait: Some car washes can be very busy, so be prepared to wait.
- Inspect your car after the wash: After the car wash, inspect your car for any damage. If you see any damage, report it to the car wash immediately.
By following these tips, you can get a car wash that is safe for your car and keeps it looking its best.

Love their touch less car washes. Get there early on the weekend if it’s nice out. It gets crazy busy.
Nice clean car wash better than some of the other ones I been to I haven’t tried the drive through auto wash yet. But the car wash you do yourself is pretty good . But the vaccum cleaners work well also. As to compare to others that don’t suction well.
I always use the touchless wash (sometimes the self wash if there’s a long line for the touchless wash) just wish the machine nozzles went further down because it doesn’t get my side skirts, I don’t have a slammed to the ground car but it’s just alittle lower then average cars and I always have to hand clean them after each touchless wash.
Also I wish the sprays were just alittle more powerful but other then that it’s a great car wash, definitely recommended the top package wash even the self wash bays are great as well, If you need to clean your interior there’s plenty of bays to do so.
TIP FOR SELF WASH: Never use the foam brushes at these places it does more damage to your paint and clear coat then you might realize, I’m saying this for all car washes that have them not calling this place out. Use a microfiber wash sponge for a contact wash to avoid leaving scratches on your vehicle, and a microfiber towel to remove any existing water on your vehicle to avoid water marks or spots ????
Clean with plenty of water pressure ample time for money spent
If ya want a great car wash at great prices…this is the place to go!
