Break fast also provided but same items daily no changes to the menu2 months agoThe service was great, the rooms clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the necessary amenities that were needed all I needed to supply was my choice of meals. The bed was very comfortable, my window opened so I was able to turn off air and slept with fresh air instead. Also the hot water was plentiful and showerhead worked great also. Bonus free laundry for guests and a light breakfast with some fabulous coffee. I would definitely recommend staying there.2 months agoDreadful Stay Unfriendly StaffI recently had the worst motel experience of my life. The rooms were disgustingly dirty, smell verrry bad, and the front desk staff was incredibly unfriendly. Despite having paid for a two-month stay, I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable that I decided to leave. I strongly discourage anyone from staying at this motel if they value cleanliness, friendliness, and security. Look for alternative accommodation to avoid the frustration I endured.
3 weeks agoLocation was good for our needs. The kitchen overhead lights didn’t work, garbage disposal also didn”t work, no diswasher soap for dishwasher. All and all carpet and couch were worn out. The bed was nice and comfortable. Time for a remodel for sure.a week agoI have found an incarnation of Basil Fawlty! Arrived there for a 2 night stay, to find they entirely changed their payment policies & terms without telling anyone. Clerk (named “Sam” who insisted he was a manager LOL) refused service to African American gentlemen in front of me (who had driven up from LA). The “new policies” were printed out on the front desk, but not online nor anywhere else but front desk. Then it was my turn to be refused entry to a prepaid room. Another lady was hovering in the lobby as well, trying to sort out options after being denied entry to her prepaid room. LL took payment online but once you got to front desk, unless you had the very ‘specific’ type of payment for their arbitrary ‘deposit,’ you were literally SOL. What type of hospitality place only has ONE, very specific type of payment option?Sam the Front Desk Clerk was pretty useless. Sam, fyi, dude, a manager provides solutions. Sam the Clerk could shrug and say “here’s a post-it with the 3rd party #.” That’s not manager material, Sam the Clerk, not one bit. Larkspur Landing, please do better, all around. Luckily, it was easy to book another hotel nearby and have an easy, 5 minute check-in elsewhere.
The one-star is for the coffee in the lobby. No guest lobby wifi – that would’ve been helpful – but they did have a few coffee carafes out.

3 months agoCJ and the staff made me feel at home while traveling for work. I had multiple packages delivered and the desk called to let me know they arrived. Having a real kitchen was a very welcome change from endless fast food options. Definitely recommend this location, easy access to major freeways.2 months agoFalse advertising. I was forced to find another place to stay at the last minute after arriving and realizing they couldn’t accommodate a wheelchair.4 months agoI’m here working on a project in Cupertino. The first night here, my card didn’t work, and I got here at 11, so I was severely disappointed when I couldn’t go to bed at a really time since I had card troubles. Then, the next day, I had card issues again after a 12-hour shift, so my review very well may be based on an unfortunate series of events. Also, breakfast at 6 is just Nature Valley bars and muffins. This was super disappointing to wake up to every morning.a month agoI guess the saying goes, “You get what you pay for.” Was one of the lowest costs that I could find. Upon checking in, I found that the door would not latch unless you tugged on it. Overall, we were satisfied with our decision to stay for the last day of our road trip at your hotel! Huge rooms with a unique mattress mechanism, which you can set up according to your preference, clean and with all necessary amenities! There is a gym and a big pleasant reception area! Parking space (although charged)! Friendly staff! We didn’t use the pool because of the rain, but it is an excellent plus ????
Some rooms are next to the road -a bit noisy!
I would recommend an improvement in your healthy breakfast choices.

Extremely disappointed in this hotel. Seems to have been recently “remodeled” at a very basic level on the surface, but the building is old and the furniture as well. The cleanliness is poor in carpets and around bed frames. Bed sheet seems clean but the bottom section is dirtly. See photos. This is advertised on Hotwire as a 4-star, and a 3-star hotel on Google maps, but I would not even give it a 2-star hotel consideration.
The service is also poor. I entered a room that was visually dirty and mentioned I needed to move showing them photos, they gave another room that was slightly better, I figured that’s just the hotel standard and sucked it up. They didn’t try to even to apologize.
The towels also seem to have spotty areas.
This hotel needs to be re-evaluated for the ratings. Also, parking is $12 a night. The daily rate is high for such low quality hotel.
This is the longest review I have ever written. This is just sad to see as a Google Local guide. I hope the management wakes up and be honest with themselves.
My mom is handicapped, so one of our rooms was accessible; perhaps the accessible rooms weren’t part of the renovation, because they did not have smart mattresses like I’ve seen other reviewers talk about. Our rooms were definitely showing their age — cracked corner baseboards and worn finishings throughout.
The pool and lobby are also showing their age: hot tub jets didn’t work and the lobby looks old and tired.
All that said, the rooms are relatively cheap, they give you a basic but free breakfast, there’s a nice happy hour, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. We got what we paid for.
This was the best place I have stayed at…. My children were satisfied with the pool, hot tub, and gym! As a parent, I value kid friendly staffing and the staff here go over and beyond for you even if short staffed at times. I will stay here again!!!!
Expected the usual, according to the price. Very large, sunny open air hotel w colorful rooms, sleep number bed (so cool), great complimentary breakfast, and even pool cabanas! I actually felt like I was on vacation. One of my favorites. Absolutely worth the price. Thank u
