  We come to this location a few times a week. We are big clearance shoppers and I love browsing clearance when we come. A few weeks ago their toys were marked down but they had an additional sign that said “An extra 50% off clearance prices – price override at MANNED register”. So we bought a ton and obviously tried to going to a “manned” register but the one we went to said she was closing and she told us to go to self checkout. A grumpy old man (when we called him over) said we needed to go to a manned register which we’d explained to him we’d just done and we were directed here. Now I’m very familiar with how this works and I knew he would have to manually discount each item. He told my husband to scan them and it would do it automatically which of course it didn’t. When we called him back he acted irritated and said “Well you’ll have to remove the items then so I can do it.” WE also cant do that. He has to manually cancel each one But just trying to do exactly what he was saying we tried anyway (which didn’t work of course) and I finally stepped in as my husband doesn’t really stick up for himself and I told the man he would have to cancel each one and he was again irritated and asked why we rang them ALL up. Obviously because he told us to and at this point I start getting snippy back and I told him he essentially created this mess by just not wanting to help in the first place. I already knew it wouldn’t discount automatically and he just kept walking away. Its kind of frustrating and I wish Id have kept our receipt to report him.

  I went into this walmart to buy a vacuum for my business. The cord had broken on ours and I needed a quick replacement. I found one in store for 159.00. When checking out it rang up for 199.00. The clerk (very sweet btw) called for a price check. While waiting I snapped a photo of the tag. When the price checker came back he had switched that tag with another vacuum tag to make it look like I had mistaken what I saw. Obviously not knowing I had already taken a photo. So I then went back there and another gal was replacing the tags. I took a photo of her doing so and called corporate. The store won’t answer the phones. I would have paid the 199.00 if they had just said were sorry the price wasn’t listed correctly but this was the most slimy thing I’ve ever experienced.

  This Walmart even has a jewelry counter unlike the one in mountain home. Their candy isle is closer to the front instead of being in the back. They even have blueberry muffin kit-kats! Even have gummy worms that burst in your mouth.

  This location has gotten so bad. Granted all Walmarts have gone downhill in the past couple years, but this has gotten crazy bad. I walked in this evening at 730pm and there were no cart. Literally not a single cart. Walked thru the door and figured I’d grab a basket, no baskets. So I walked across the store to the other entrance and there were literally three carts with trash in them (wipes and plastic bags). Two we’re stuck together and wouldn’t come apart, so only one was usable. Like other reviewers have said, the shelves are bare and poorly stocked. The Darigold milk I buy said they had over 50 in stock, but not a single one was on the shelf. Also was looking for rubbing alcohol (said they had 12 in stock), but there wasn’t a single bottle. Checking out, Walmart pay wouldn’t work. And leaving the store there were still no carts. This has happened the last three time sive tried going here the last 12 months. I’m done; worth paying more at like Albertsons just to not leave the store aggravated.

  For being a “superstore” it was mostly clean and very well stocked. Their deli has always been a great place to grab dinner, when you REALLY don’t want to cook.

  Use online order and pickup once a week for the last year or more. The employees have changed or are different but they really do a great job. I have the utmost praise and respect for the people that walk through the store and shop for me, and the ones that bring it to me without leaving my car. 5 star all day.

  I love having the Walmart advantage plan

  It has saved me more than the 100 dollar cost in fuel savings alone. Paying 10 cents a gallon than the advertised price is a great way to save money.

  Depending on the other prices for diesel in town and the truck stops I saved between 7.50 and 15 dollars.

  I will continue to pay the yearly fee for fuel savings and free grocery deliveries

  I really enjoy this store because it’s close to my home. I never have to worry about their produce they are fairly good at keeping their produce relatively clean and fresh. Although there would be a good idea to have more training in the produce department since that’s my favorite section. I personally love the store in general because they are basically a One-Stop shop I can go to one store and get everything I need. Without me having to go all over town. I would recommend this store to anyone. Walmart is definitely a good location to go to if you want one stop shopping it’s one trip you don’t have shop all over town you can even get gas there so that’s really very functional for people who have to watch gas prices with the prices they are.

  This Walmart is HUGE. Pretty much has everything. The most Online-Pickup parking I’ve ever seen. Employees were friendly, and that made my day. The pharmacy was very efficient. The line was long but moved quickly. The person that helped me was super nice.

  Very crowded by my standards on a regular Monday evening, not enough staff around to ask for extra help should you need it, not enough cashiers on duty pushing it subtle to self checkout and worst of all despite the so-called seasonal price slashes sadly the prices are increasing every 4-6 weeks if not more often under the excuse of still COVID and inflation and shortages while the powers that be tell us there is no recession…hmm…

  I simply wanted to get a set of car audio out of a case. I could not find an associate anywhere and an attempt to call the store led to me waiting almost 10 minutes with a ringing phone. I then walked the back of the store and could not find a single associate to assist the half a dozen customers looking for help.
  Finally I went to the front to ask for assistance only to be told that automotive was closed and noone could help.
  Asking for a Manger was met with a 20 minute wait standing in the front of the store until I pressed that my time was important to me for the manager to finally come to the front to tell me that she simply didn’t have any staff to help customers in the most condescending manner possible followed by more excuses.
  I do not appreciate my time being wasted
  I do not appreciate being talked down to
  But most of all I don’t appreciate any form of any customer service.

  The older woman who’s always up front- I believe she would be a greeter, I don’t know if it’s a racial thing or what, I’ve watched people with full carts walk right past her, yet if I go to walk out of the store with even just a SINGULAR shopping bag she stops me and asks for the receipt. This is a tumultuous routine she’s created, again like I said I’ll be the only person she asks out of a huge group of people walking out of the store.

  I work in customer service so I don’t like to complain about it. But Walmart when are you going to start training these people. Seriously, none of your employees can answer a question. I hear I don’t know OR I’m not sure. By the time someone who will even try and answer MY question Ive given up. I used to shop at Walmart religiously but now I would rather go without in most cases or pay a higher price. Sometimes it’s worth the extra .25¢ just to have the cashier say hello or thank you. Customer service goes a long way. DOWN WITH WALMART!! CHANGE THE ATTITUDE. OR LOSE MORE CUSTOMERS!!

  Pretty much my home away from home. I’m here so much I’m surprised I don’t have reserved parking. But really. I’m proud of my local Walmart, the changes and improvements they are making and the professionalism yet friendliness of the employees who work here. It’s an amazing store and over the last 20 years I’ve watched it go through so many changes. My reason for 4 stars at this time is the parking. There just aren’t enough handicapped parking spots. I see so many people struggling to find handicapped spots, and with the addition for pick up taking up so many additional spots, it’s overwhelming at the moment. I’m sure it will eventually iron itself out. The inside is beautiful; parking, not so much. All in all, I love this store!

  This Walmart is better than the other one on Utah avenue, which is sketchy btw. I only go because of the prices. If I had more money I would rarely step foot in that store. They have all the food that I would need there. I like the expansion of self checkouts. I don’t like how they reorganized the store and it’s always full of product on the floor. I dislike how they will check my receipt when I walk out with just food, they will even check if I just have a bunch of bananas like I am some type of criminal.

  I usually do grocery pickups. I love how easy the app is to use and how easy it is to reorder the same item!

  This specific location has a pickup location that is easy to get to & has lots of parking which I love! I normally go at 4 pm on a weekday and there are not too many people there at that time so I usually only have to wait 10-15 from arrival to leaving after the pickup. ☺️

  I also love how many self checkouts they have in the store (makes it so you usually don’t have to wait a long time in line). They have had pretty much every item I have come in for which is also great!

  Generally a good experience, though parking is often a pain.

  It’s just another average Walmart, they often have more things in stock than the store on the other side of town, though the layout here is a little more unconventional.

  Staff are just fine, things are well stocked and their clearance section is plentiful.

  It would be nice if the shelves were stocked better overall, however that aside it’s a good place to shop.

  Of the two Wal-Mart’s in town, we prefer this one. It is usually clean and convenient and decently well stocked. Lately there have been a lot of panhandlers hanging out near the drive way entrance, they aren’t normally aggressive but they are present.
