We went to Walmart on 12/12/22. Just came to grab a few things. There was a guy in grocery in his Walmart uniform walking around on his phone with 2 ladies that must’ve been customers as they were no in a uniform. They were all being loud and obnoxious and the guy was doing zero work. Just walking around talking with these ladies. And he was being loud and cussing in the aisles. I had small children with me and that is 100% unacceptable. My kids shouldn’t have to listen to your employees talking like that. As we went over by the deli to get hummus and a cracker, cheese and salami tray. As I was looking at the cheese it was molded. There were 2 people at the deli counter and no customers while there was molded cheese on the shelf. It’s hard to believe these people get paid to do nothing but stand around. This Walmart needs some serious help from home office.

Did a same-day grocery pickup – Tamer was very friendly, quick, and efficient. It’s somewhat rare to experience “good customer service” anymore (especially retail) but he was a breath of fresh air. Thanks for making it an easy and pleasant run!

The customers at this Walmart the rudest people I’ve ever seen. Don’t even try being kind and asking them nicely if you can get by. The employees are fine for the most part; a lot walk around and do nothing but most I’d say work. But the customers at this store are so self entitled it’s ridiculous. We will drive 20 min out of the way to go back to us 31 Walmart. As least the customers are so rude.

Hot deli barely gives you anything anymore. The manager said well it is half a scoop and it doesn’t even cover the bottom of their brown paper bag. Not worth the time or money to visit this location because the other surrounding Wal-mart locations will give you more food. Visit US 31 or Emerson Avenue Greenwood locations if wanting something already cooked from the hot deli.

6 different employees I approached for help Saturday 10/8/22 none of them would put phone up and help me with light bulbs or even tell me where they were one guy pointed.. I had a return 4 employees behind counter and only one person waiting on customer’s. There was a long line I give the cashier credit for working hard to get the line under control.

An employee was sitting on a chair near the exit/entrance of Walmart.
There was a few employees I saw who were working, but this employee was seemingly hiding near the door way. I have never heard of a position or task where an employee sits near the entrance.
Additionally, she said she needs to see mu receipt without any reasoning or explanation following it. No other customer was asked so I felt very discriminated and singled out without any clue of why.

I only loaded my prepaid card here but as I was leaving the young man checking receipts gave a young mother with her children a hard time. She only had four bags & he literally went through each of her items matching every item to the receipt. I have never in my life seen this happen with a four bag purchase. She didn’t have any large items & all of her items were accounted for. This walmart needs to change that up because every single item takes to much time to check & people have busy lives & can’t afford to wait to every single item is checked. Just freaking ridiculous if you ask me, I won’t be back to this location. Just down right stupid way of customer service. Everybody don’t steal but here you are treated like a thief! Stay clear unless you want to be waiting 10 minutes just to leave the store after being treated like a thief!

The pickup option is more inconvenient than helpful, as the pickup time is always delayed. Every time I go to pickup, it takes 15+ minutes to get an associate on the phone to notify them of my arrival (because signing in on the app is not enough apparently). I had to go physically knock on the door to let them know I was here to pickup my order, and the female associate said she just got back from her lunch break and made it seem like I was inconveniencing her. I am switching to Meijer pickup today and moving forward. I do not recommend this location for pickup services.

Very rude, unhelpful employees. Asked one of the employees in electronics if she could help me find a pair of earbuds I wanted to buy. She just flicked her hand and said earphones are on the last aisle. When I got over there, the item I wanted was inside of the locked glass cases. I returned to the desk to ask for help, and the lady took one looked at me and walked away. Incredibly rude. The whole time she was working around the department, she kept muttering to herself angrily. Maybe she was just having a bad day? The store was filthy, there were pallets everywhere that were half unloaded, this is the saddest meat department I’ve ever seen, hardly any selection at all. When I got to the self-checkout, there were no bags at the register. I think I’ll drive the extra few miles to go to a decent walmart.

Ordered an item from electronics online which was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:30. At 7:00 the item had still not been pulled. Going back to the electronics section i located the item in a locked display case, but was told that there was nobody working in the section becauase everybody had been called to help at the front of the store, and that there was also nobody pulling orders. As it is, I had to leave town with the item still unclaimed, and now have to deal with them to credit the item back to my account.
Old school business advice. Dont make promises you can’t deliver on. And if your store is understaffed, you’re not paying them enough.

Great place, had this one lady help me pick my meat and told me of the quality. Even offered to help me to my vehicle with my groceries when she was ending her shift. She was great and gave the AVON Walmart a awesome feel during these holiday season. Thank you Belinda Morgan!!

The store is very dirty and SO confusing. Everything is laid out in the most confusing way. Here is a picture of some very gross headphones in their electronics department.

Well I have been ordering things online for 2 years and have been loving it. Because I hate shopping and I hate getting out of the house. I’m 57 and have worked in a hospital for 40 years in the hustle and bustle. I’m glad to stay at home and I’m glad they came up with online ordering. However today I had to go to the bank so I thought I’d stop by Walmart and pick up a few things. I was looking for something and an older man came up and asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me the way to what I was looking for. He didn’t just tell me where it was. I was pleasantly surprised and my shopping experience became a very positive one. I still enjoy the self-checkouts because I don’t have to have human interaction. I just want to say thanks to him I enjoyed my trip. I still don’t plan on going much but I do feel like it was a great welcome back!

While the store was stacked with boxes waiting to be unpacked, it was fairly easy to get around. I went in to purchase a bed blanket and the supply was very limited. However, if you are looking for complete bed set in a bag there were several to choose from.

It’s cool it’s not to busy before 2 pm! Items stay stocked so that’s convenient.. it used to be 24 hrs before covid hit. It would be nice if this Walmart goes back to 24hrs

Sad depressing experience. Make you want to commit suicide or a homicide. Dealing with workers who clearly don’t want to work. No sort of dignity or integrity about themselves. No manners. A group of young punks. And a few old punks too. Miserable angry folk who need to reevaluate they’re life.

SHOUT OUT TO BRENDA IN THE PICKUP DEPARTMENT!!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a delivery set to be delivered on 11/6 and it never came. After going through 3 different agents on the apps chat service I finally gave up and called the store it self. I was on hold for a few minutes but Brenda went and found my order and got it delivered within the hour.

Literally the best Brenda, hope you see this.

We came to Wal-Mart for a few things. Only V neck t-shirts are XL. No other sizes or options. Asked for help from 2 different clerks at jewellery dept. No one ever came. No wedding wrapping paper or ribbon. Wasted time…

I like it that you can go there and find everything, however you have to pay for it. Walmart used to be a place that when people were on a budget you could go and get the things you need for your household! Now, it is not that way. When it comes to groceries they are way more offensive then even Kroger can you believe that? And Aldi. Everything in there is rather expensive my thought is for those that like seniors that are on fixed incomes. No wonder I see them at Aldi in the great big buses because that’s where it is and no GMOs at aldi, wonderful people that work there so friendly so helpful and they’ve got great deals and it’s affordable. The other day when I stood in line Walmart I watch the person with one basket of food over $300. I know you have to make money, but there is government assistance to you especially with all your produce and things that go out of date I know your compensated by the government. Maybe you ought to compensate people that are seniors on fixed incomes. I’m not suggesting people that are on food stamps. I’m focusing on seniors. And you don’t have a lot of nice people that work there

I always have an unpleasant experience at this Walmart by being disabled there are never any power chairs which helps me to shop and there’s always lines with more than 30 people in a line.where are the workers here? December 23rd was horrific,I had an expectant hour between 11-12 to pick up my online order. I was greeted by knowone on the phone or coming to the designated area. so I had to go inside on my cane no carts in the store no power carts available. I am definitely a fall risk and cannot shop without these things to assist me. but upon me getting into the store I was surprised too hear that my order was not even ready. And further more, that they weren’t filling online orders do to Indianapolis current weather situation. I ask for in store credit since I had already paid for my order, so that I would have something in my home to eat.and was not granted anything even after speaking with corporate. I I was told by store employees along with Corporate, that they could
refund my order. But it woukd be 48 hours to recieve the refund. All i wanted was my items i already purchased Walmart is just a joke

This was the worst Walmart I’ve ever been in and I’ve been in a lot of them. Certainly wasn’t a shortage of Staff they had plenty of people but apparently none of them were concerned with the appearance of the store. This is just bad management. It look like a second-hand warehouse store the cans were still in the boxes nobody bothered to put them on the Shelf properly.

They sell products that are old and moldy. They have shown carelessness towards customers. My child was eating grapes that we bought today and near the bottom were old moldy grapes. am disgusted and hope we don’t get sick ps: if illness is caused to myself and my child I will be pursuing legal actions (10/31/2022)

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE DELIVERY from this Walmart
The employees that fill the orders DO NOT completely fill the orders. I bought 23 items and only received 12. The other items were “out of stock”
This is not the 1st time this has happened. This last time (and I mean LAST time) I ordered… I went to Walmart shortly after I received my 12 out 23 items… ALL of the “out of stock ” items were on the shelves FULLY stocked!!!! So they didn’t even look (not doing their JOB) Cleary the items were there ..either on the shelf or in back.

Worst grocery store I’ve ever been too. Rude and short staff. Everyone was bunched up at the front trying to checkout out like sardines. The store was an absolute mess, product littered all over the aisles, disgusting floor and a bad smell in general. Only thing open up front was self checkout. One person was helping with checkout issues. Every single cart was outside scattered all over the parking lot. I could hardly find a parking spot or drive through the parking lot. Id advise this location is shut down. I wouldn’t stop here if I needed help cause I was dying

People are friendly, but many shelves are empty every time I go to this store. I have found outdated items, cashier doubled scanned items I only had one of. She said go to customer service to correct it.
I had also found an item in my things when I went home that I didn’t choose or want but did find I had paid for it. So had to go to customer service to have it returned.
This store is close and people are friendly but I’m thinking I may just go to a different store.
