  The subway inside has fake pretzels in the display case. I was all excited to get a freaking pretzel with cheese and they looked at me like I was crazy when I ordered. They said they don’t even have pretzels and I pointed out the display case and said what about those… They laughed and said they are fake. Total let down!🥨😔

  About 10 or so of the self check outs closed on a busy Sunday morning…I didn’t see in person check out…and the back wall where I had to get something was blocked by boxes and palettes. I am assuming just like every where else …staffing issues

  I went to Windsor Heights Walmart for a birthday present and found this amazing doll, under was the price and I was like this is going to be amazing for the girls birthday. Went to the register and it was priced at the original price so I asked the few worker there to help. They were not as helpful. I showed her where in the toy section it was with the other dolls and the price marked. She took the price tag off the shelf, took a picture and went to get another person. They came over and told me it was clearly marked and that I could see it, so they did not want to honor the price. I guess they don’t honor their price anymore and that makes me done. This is not the first time and I have been debating if I want to shop there anymore. Goodbye Walmart, Hello TARGET.

  I haven’t bought anything online at Walmart since 2013. Now I know why. Website said airpods in stock. Drove 20m to pock up. They are out of them. Complete waste of time. Amazon it is!

  Supplies on items are slim. I don’t like the fact that I have to check out my own items. It’s a billion dollar company so hire people to do the checking out you filthy greedy company.   My husband and I were very impressed with this Walmart. Very clean, quiet, and organized. A very pleasant shopping experience. I can’t say very much about the employees as we didn’t interact with any of them. Made eye contact with a few of them but they didn’t speak or anything. I’m used to that at Walmart so ssdd there. Still much better than the Walmarts in my area in Virginia.

  We have around 6 in and around the DM area, so it’s nice to have them so if one’s out of something another should have it. They have Kool stuff in the clearance isles, and they also have nice clothes with good prices on them. Great food choices and shelves are almost always stocked well.

  Absolute garbage experience. Tried to charge charge me $117 for an item that was clearly marked CLEARANCE for $17. Stephanie, the supervisor on duty, was very rude after 2 employees confirmed the item was on clearance and told me “There’s no way that’s clearance.” I always take pictures of prices at Walmart for situations like this. Stephanie is not supervisor material and should be taught how to read labels and match sku numbers. Customer service training would go a long way for her too….. or the unemployment line maybe?

  Huge thank you to manager Rob manager Courtney! Courtney helped us try to search for my son’s blanket when he lost it in store by looking at the camera footage and was just so kind and understanding! Rob went out of his way to look for the blanket and actually found it! He then returned it along with a cute gift for my son! My family is forever grateful! Thank you!

  Carmella was a big help today with the after Christmas clearance that was not ringing up correctly! I have been to this Walmart on multiple occasions and she has always had a smile on your face and every interaction that I had with her has been amazing!   Went to automotive stood there 10 minutes, no one showed up so i call the store, dude told me to come to the front. I said im just exchanging a battery and he said I needed to come up front, I told him no so eventually he came back there. Why would I go upfront to exchange a battery? I’ve done this before, it’s not a return. You don’t have to go to customer service.

  Have to get there early because many times the shelves are empty if you’re in after rush hour. Sometimes I go late because my produce are usually restocked. But if you need bread, I wouldn’t tarry. Prices are much better than most stores. They also offer special in store deals. You can catch some amazing deals.

  Visa vanilla gift card not work at self checkout the employees (2) had NO CLUE
  I got frustrated because no one seemed to care.
  I had to pay when i had planned on using card which upset me.
  Went to parking lot and tried calling customer service AND NO ONE ANSWERED EVER!!!!!! Not the first time I’ve called customer service they never pick up.
  After 20 – 25 min I left.
  When I got home I tried again NO ANSWER.
  I called other Walmart on 16th and at least someone picked up to direct my call and NO ONE answered there either. Today i will go to store IN PERSON and get this issue resolved. I feel you have lost a customer depending on how this goes today!

  Bakery! Stinks I ordered a birthday cake for a 40th birthday. It was horrible. Half was written in Cursive, the other half was printed it wasn’t centered. I was so embarrassed. I complained, and was told sorry. Then went to Courtesy counter And they said sorry nothing they could do about it. Was offered money off. Picked up at 3 and was told know one was there to fix it. I could of done better. Indo have pictures of it also

  I was in the store just TODAY with my husband and he went to the restroom and said an associate WHO WORKS IN THE DELI didn’t wash his hands after using the restroom!!!! Beware of who serves your food ITS DISGUSTING he works in deli, he’s white, and tall with a stub, and earrings! Avoid him his name is Mark!!!

  Employees are helpful & friendly. The fact that they never have a register open is absolutely ridiculous.
  Who wants to use self-checkout with no counter space for a cart full of groceries it’s confusing and not right!

  Why are there only two scan & go registers open in the evening? This is ridiculous and I didn’t think I could hate walmart any more but here we are. I will do my best to avoid ever shopping at them. Went 8 years without stepping foot inside one, I will do it again. Hands down the worst walmart I’ve been to.

  It’s a small town Walmart, so it’s fairly nice. Hit and miss, though. The employees very obviously don’t care about anything, and EVERYTHING is “someone else’s job.”
  There was a huge spill in the shoe department that was not fresh and had completely dried and caked on the seats. Multiple associates walked right by with no intent to clean.
  In the returns department, they literally smile and walk away from a line of customers 10 people deep.
  The bathrooms look like they haven’t been cleaned in 2 weeks.
  The shelves are poorly stocked, and literally falling apart.
  The auto department is hardly ever open.
  The can returns (yes, all 6) were broken.

  Customer service sucks. I bought a phone charger with cash that turned out to be shorted out less than an hour into using it. I tried to take it back today and I couldn’t find one with the exact same color to exchange it for even though its the same exact brand they wouldn’t do anything to help me. Granted its a $12 charger but its the concept one of the actual store managers were up front and even refused to say anything just stood there and stared at me.
