  Fresh fruit and vegetables. I wasn’t too impressed with the cakes and cookies. They have a huge selection of frozen food and other supplies for the house. Most important to me was the fact that wasn’t a long wait to go through the register. I definitely will go back!

  First time I’ve ever been to a Walmart with a parking garage but I’m not from mass but Kentucky so we don’t need parking garages like they do here in mass. First time I’ve ever seen an escalator for a shopping cart but makes great sense for the shoppers at least since you do have to go upstairs to shop. Can’t push a shopping cart down a flight of stairs can you. Love seeing new things like this!

  Very unique Wal-Mart parking underneath the store it has elevators and escalators to get into store, not much of a variety of clothing

  I actually like Wal-Mart, however it always seems there are more workers on cell phones than cashiers. Usually only 3 if lucky 4 cashiers working at a time. Tough to buy ice cream and and get it home still frozen!

  This is one of the largest Walmart locations I have ever seen. It is absolutely massive and surprisingly clean. They have things here I have not seen at other locations. Great stock in outdoor and sporting sections. the staff is also quite helpful. The only issue is the amount of people begging for things outside in the parking lot. I was approached by at least 3 individuals and another 3 or 4 families roaming the parking lot begging. sad.

  This is literally the biggest walmart super center ive ever seen! They had Great prices on most everything. I was surprized to see similar pruces from back home. Definatly a larger variety of “everything” they had named brand clotes feo. Reebok on sale for $5. I notices they had a lot of pricing issues. The customer service Lady was very approperiate i was really crabby just exhausted. She helpex me to curb my attitude by her politeness. I felt like floor walkers were following me. I kept sesing the same people in differe t areas. With empty carts or the same items. I guess i assumed thsy were the floor walkers. Ive not been to a larger city for quite a while where i felt stalked in the store. I notuced a shortage on aome food items. But seemd stocked pretty well. I snapped a few pictures enjoy…Also another emoyee was very helpful. I was aware this wasnt his area. However He still helped me to check prices until i found what i was looking for. Thank you.   The largest walmart that I have been to. Self Checkouts were packed when I came so I took a few pics before heading out. Everything was great!

  They are ALWAYS out of everything! I went today to shop and most of the shelves were completely bare! I was looking for a frozen pizza, for example, and they didn’t have even ONE in the ENTIRE freezer section! It’s unbelievable! I love Walmart but they’re getting more expensive (still not as expensive as Target though, thank God!) Which is understandable since the price of literally everything is going up as well. But the Walmart in Worcester needs to seriously get more employees and order way more products and actually FILL ALL the shelves overnight (since they’re not open 24 hours anymore, which makes me so sad!). The check out lines are HORRIFICLY long and self checkout is even worse, with people who have NO IDEA how to use them or what they’re doing, they should go to a regular register if that’s the case. Even the regular registers (all 2 or 3 of them that are actually open) have employees who don’t know what they’re doing and have to call a manager for every little thing (good luck finding a manager when you need them!) And on top of that the cashier’s work so slowly! Like someone needs to light a fire underneath them to get them to scan more than one item per minute (yeah, it’s THAT bad!). All in all, stock your shelves completely full and stay on top of it throughout the day, hire more cashiers, (so many people are looking for work, that will actually work),actually train the cashier’s and fire the ones who do nothing all day or are as slow as possible, don’t make people walk from one side of the store to another to get to a register with a human being, and actually have employees helping people through self-scan and teaching them how to use them at the same time so they all don’t hold up the line! That’s probably a lot of things to fix at once, but they’ll never do any of it because that would cost the company money, and then the higher ups in the company would only be able to buy one yacht, instead of two (God forbid!). It’s time people actually say something about the worst shipping experience they’ve had in a long time and make Walmart actually FIX the problems!!

  I do pick up because that way I don’t waste my time in the store looking for things, to then find out that they are not available. Pickup just works better for me. Not that many cashiers for such a big stores. Most the time the isles are empty.

  Very clean, bright and organized store. Good inventory and many departments. Here you will find, groceries, clothing, pharmacy, vision center and a Subway 🥪🥙!

  There is a Minute Key machine for keys duplicates. You can even find ice 🧊 closeby the cashiers stalls.

  🚫 I agree with other reviewers in regards the fresh produce. I couldn’t find them 🤷🏽‍♀️

  It is a busy store, hence, cashing out can be sloooooooooow. However, my cashier Emily was super! She was so patient with me and my mother, helped us pack with our own reusable bags. She made our shopping experience a great one!

  Went early in the moment to pick up a few things. The employees I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. I found everything I was looking for easily, too. The only issue was at checkout, the card reader was malfunctioning for everyone who used it. The cashier indicated that it had been an ongoing problem throughout the store.
  Really this would be a 4.5 rating from me if that were an option.

  I’m usually not a “Karen,” but I’ve had issues multiple times here. Placed an order for pick up that was supposed to be ready 4 days ago. Just got a notification saying my order was cancelled because I never picked it up. Yet my order was marked “delayed” the past 4 days. Tried to call the store several times with no answer. Does anyone even work at Walmart?

  Barely any lines open even self service had minimum spots available. Multiple times workers were just standing in the aisles talking and when you ask them to move because you are looking at whatever they are standing in front of with stocking carts they give an attitude. Just an all around awful experience. Do better Walmart, do better.

  It was terrible. Only this location is always terrible with the long lines. The restrooms were not kept clean. When I go to other Walmart locations, it is way better than the Quincy location. Don’t know if it will get better. It has been like this for at least 5 years I remember.

  This Walmart always has a great selection and usually has a well stocked grocery side. Lately some things have been in short supply, but not at fault for the store necessarily. Overall the store is clean and the waits to check out aren’t bad. I do have to say, though, that the kids clothes have started to change to “higher end” brands and have in turn gone up quite a bit.

  Compared to other Wal-Marts this store has it all. Parking is always full but the value at this store is great on my wallet. The only downside is that the electric mobility carts aren’t always working or available. They also need more cashiers and less self checkout but besides that, this Wal-Mart is good.

  My local store but I try not to go unless absolutely necessary. Usually understaffed and lots of departments lack inventory (even pre-pandemic) but today took the cake! Needed some Liquid Plumbr for a slow tub drain and was actually able to find it. Only had a few items so I carried them and didn’t have a carriage. While I was making my way to checkout I noticed a smell and stickiness and realized the bottle of Liquid Plumbr was leaking all over me from a hole in the back that appeared to be from being being pierced with a utility knife! Needless to say my tshirt and hoodie were utterly ruined and that $7 bottle of drain cleaner ended up costing me $150 to replace the clothes ruined because of negligence! If I could totally avoid going to Walmart then I would.

  This particular location is always understaffed and seriously lacking in a few areas. From the shelves not being stocked. And never being able get someone in the store to help you, most times they completely ignore you.
  I only go here when needed and for the pharmacy. No complaints about the pharmacy.

  Just learned why every lawyer in the country says never use self check out, I sway a hair too far to the right and the computer yells at me, then I get to watch a video of me swaying and holding the item up to the scanner. The worker was great, but, I know how shady corporate can.

  Its a bigger walmart like a super center down fall is ive gone for clothes boxers sneakers and the few times isles were empty even like boxers 1 whole side isle was bare aybe 2 dz opened turns apart bags but food freezer all other depts were all stocked very busy never enough electric handicap carts but self checkout couple dozen line always looks long couple dz people waiting but you could be last persin and youll have checked out and walked out door in 5 minutes no matter what heavy security presence check reciepts bwfore walking oit doors nevwr interacted with staff so nothing on ir about them

  Unbelievable the shelves are empty…. Not clean… And they have many workers who are not doing their job. Cashiers are closed… In the self checkout area I swear there were more than 10 workers 6 of them were laughing and playing basketball. None of the 6 were doing anything but laughing and playing. I wonder what kind of manager allows workers to play instead of working. Supposed to fire them and hire a new people who loves to work hard.

  If you’re looking for a minimum wage job, this is the place to be. What exactly is your job, meander, chitchat coworkers, look at you phone, sit on the floor, who knows, get creative, no one seems to care.

  Prices were phenomenal, but I guess that’s what a company can do when they sell humanity away.

  I really like how this store is designed. It has a really clean look and an open feel. The store layout is the same in many cases, though the initial direction is diagonal opposed to straight, but it added to the unique architecture. Same friendly staff as one would expect with a Walmart as well as the very competitive pricing!
