  Walmart was great, so much in store. Went in for a few bits and bobs ended up leaving with like 15 bags full. It’s always the way though it’s cheap and affordable and they always have things you didn’t even know you wanted or needed.

  I just left the store. They smashed my groceries into my truck & intentionally put heavy items on top. In turn smashing my bread, chips, eggs & other perishable items. I asked did he need more space. I could hear him smashing my food. I took this picture & video. I tried to call this store & was hung up on several times. I expect to be contacted by them & I want a full refund for my groceries as well!

  On 7/21/22 I visited this Walmart and here is a photo of what I found in the lemon bin, if I want penicillin I’ll go to the pharmacy. It’s disgusting when people don’t do their jobs right🤢

  I give them a one because it doesn’t allow me to give a 0. I’ve been waiting on a delivery that left the store almost two hours ago but still has not made it to me. I’ve been calling and calling to the store and no one will answer the phones in any department. It is very frustrating on a cold night to be waiting for a heater that never showed up. No one can tell me anything because they won’t answer the phones. The customer service has become nonexistent anymore. They just don’t care.

  Zero stars is accurate for this store.
  The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Waited for a manager for 10 minutes at the checkout while I could see him chatting and laughing with the Store Manager. The checker told me, “we just have to wait. We can’t bother them they get really mad”
  Finally Donald came over and told me that there’s nothing he can do. They don’t honor the prices in their website.
  I will NEVER step foot in that store again. You just lost a customer over a $20 price adjustment that you COULD have done, but chose not to.

  Don’t order pick up from here. It’s faster to just do you’re own shopping. I’ve had multiple times where I had to wait over an bourbon to pick up my order after checking in. Management needs to work out the dysfunction.

  This is literally the WORST store for grocery order/ pick-up! I waited in line twice today for groceries. Once for an 1.5 hours and once for 2.5 hours. I still never received my groceries! I have had pick-up and delivery options from other Walmart stores and have NEVER had this kind of wait or issue. If you need groceries and plan for pick-up or delivery, I strongly suggest choosing another store. This store manager should be fired for letting this ridiculous kind of service continue! Go to ANY other location but this one!

  Usually organized and well stocked. The variety is bc quite large since it’s a bigger store. The bc downside is that it gets very busy, but the staff is nice abs lines move quickly.

  Passing through Oklahoma City, OK, we stopped at this Walmart. It was clean and a little busy for 8 P.M. We were able to find everything we needed. We had a little problem finding some things due to not knowing the store’s setup. The employees were able to answer any questions when asked. Self-check was fast.

  So, I am at Walmart right now and after waiting (almost 30 minutes) for someone to assist me in the Arts and Crafts Department, I ventured out and I found Sharon Glazier. She was so kind, and apologetic for my wait. She went above and beyond to get me taken care of, and find everything I needed. It is truly appreciated as OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE doesn’t happen that often nowadays!!!

  I’ve been shopping here for years. But I have noticed during the past year, there must have been management changes … … The customer service and staff knowledge has been excellent lately. The store is always busy, and truck days definitely lack in shopper friendliness i.e…. organization is NOT their friend on freight day.

  Well I must say today wasn’t a good day for me! My better half went to return a bicycle tire that I purchased,with the receipt and the merchandise in the box nothing was unpacked,the box marked 26″ but the tire was a 16″the factory zip ties where still intact,but the return person stated that we must have stolen the tire and was making a false claim,Well the better half got upset as anyone would being accused of stealing,but return policy sounds good but she told them to go ahead and keep the receipt and to put everything up where the sun doesn’t shine,this was the first time any of us have been treated like this,I am not going to bad mouth This Walmart or the employee’s I have people who work there that I went to Grade school Junior High and High school but I can’t rate the return or the Store Policy for return with receipt any higher than a 1 star!   They make you scan your own items then racially profile as though you’re going too steal. I left my cart filled with least $500 worth of merchandise at the self checkout. You won’t treat me as a thief then expect me too pay for it too!!

  I recently visited the Walmart store near me and overall it had a decent location and was your typical Walmart store – very busy. However, the big downside was that the assorted fruits were spoiled. This was a big disappointment and really turned me off from the store. I wouldn’t recommend getting slice fruit here unless you absolutely need to go there.

  Definitely more selection in every department, which a pretty obvious statement. But the employees here, at least the ones I interacted with, were very nice. Didn’t seem like they HAD to ask how my day was. Or if I was looking for anything specific.

  This Walmart seems to be in a better area than some others around OKC. That being said, the employees aren’t very big on actualyl working. Nobody is available to assist you. The guy at the door checking receipts didn’t even bother to check the items that I didn’t have bagged but had pointed out to him on my 300+ receipt to make it more efficient. There are no available shopping carts because they are all outside. We had to get a cart inside from someone leaving. I would come again but be sure to take a cart in. Also, they have no cashiers. It was all self checkout when I was there. Walmart switched to self checkouts but still raised prices so now we shop, do the majority of the work, and pay higher prices. Use the order online and pickup option.

  Staff tries, but definitely shows short handed, stressed, and worn out. Customer service is hit or miss a lot. Sometimes have to come back multiple times just to get someone who can work customer service…but everytime they’re present, always helpful and friendly!!

  Place is pretty clean majority of the time, staff is always stocking without it being a huge impact to customers.

  Pretty consistent on keeping self checkout machines maintained, repair when needed, and kept clean.

  One of the better locations, putting 3 stars due to the low staffing and inability to run customer service on a consistent basis.

  The employee who covers the self-checkout in the evenings before close is so nice! I wish I could remember their name but I remember them by their cute heart shaped ♥️ reading glasses. They are always patient, friendly and have every produce code memorized. Very helpful employee and an asset to your team.

  I go here religiously. For the most part, I’m always able to find what I need. When it comes to asking where a product is, I’ve relied on the Walmart app to tell me which aisle it’s on. The employees are sometimes difficult to understand. And as for prices, it’s definitely not the lowest. But through a few cash back apps, I make up for the difference.

  I don’t want to go into detail but it’s always just a hassle going to Walmart so I only go there as an absolute last option. Between the poor organization and lack of responsible foot traffic it’s hard to get to where you need to go without trying to get through a crowd of people. The self checkout isn’t too bad but as I’m sure we all have experienced at one point the recipe checkers is a complete hassle which you don’t have to deal with at other stores 🤷🏻‍♀️ seems the more security measures that are put in place, the more annoying it is to shop and with the apparent news on Google and TV the security measures are doing nothing so just proves some measures are more of a waist of time than actually doing any good. But anyways the products are good. It’s just the store itself I dread. As well as the employees. I don’t judge them for hating their job because I would too if I worked there but I recommend going online to find the location of the products you need than to bother an employee since they are just as confused as you do it everything moving around month after month.

  They have alot of elder people working there that do not really want to help.. they just sit around and if you have an issue with a item that was inproperly price, they will simply tell you “take it or leave it”. So now, I shop at Crest Foods where the price and customer service is right. And they’re open 24/7;)

  Went in with a small list and almost all of the items were out of stock. Shelves bare. Ended up having to go to another store who did have the items. For such a huge company, one would expect walmart to be better stocked than other stores.

  I generally don’t care to go into Walmart. On this particular trip, there were no human cashiers working. A front-of-store manager was barking which self-checkouts we’re open and which were credit-only and which were cash-only. After all this, a so-called greeter was posted at the exit to ask to see my receipts. I kept walking, telling him they used to have people who ensured everything had been paid for. They were called cashiers.
