Love the new remodel ! Really clean and organized. The staff is super nice and shelves have plenty of everything. Never feels like it’s over loaded with tourist. Great swimming selection and has a nice fishing selection too .

Walmart was Walmart. Always crowded, always a hustle and bustle no matter what state. You can always find what you need, be it food, clothing or some other item. I hadn’t seen this cereal anywhere. This is one of my favorite drinks from Dunkin and the cereal tasted JUST like it. It was so delicious! Most stores now have more self checkouts than they do cashiers. I guess that’s a good thing when ur in a rush or like ur items bagged a certain way. If there is always someone available when there’s a mishap, then it’s even better!

Unfortunately, some of the staff I encountered were not polite. While I understand the need to restock shelves, blocking the whole isle in both directions and refusing to allow someone to even walk through without a cart is not necessary. Other staff in the electronics area were somewhat helpful but instead of helping me find the needed item sent me in the direction of locked items and told me to return to them should I see what I was looking for. Of course, they weren’t in the same location when I returned to ask for assistance in unlocking the cabinet and i needed to once again search for assistance.

The store itself is pretty standard and I have no complaints. I would like to give a shout out to the guy who helped me with my phone accessories. He is not a Walmart employee but I believe he is a contracted worker. I can’t remember his name (Brent I think). Anyhow, he was so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back to that department just for his great service. It’s nice to know they have quality workers that care and take the time for customers to feel welcome and appreciated.

Customer service sucks. I called to inquire if they can have my tire installed today since I went to the store yesterday and they cannot install it because they are full so I called first if they can do it today. And the one who answered the phone, like she just woke up, no phone etiquette at all, said “that’s the autocenter who does that, you need to talk to them”. Dropped the call! I called again, the same lady answered, I said “you are the one I talked to earlier” (I recognized because of the voice) . She didn’t say anything, and just DROP THE CALL AGAIN!

This store is embarrassingly terrible. I go there pretty often just because it’s the only department store nearby. Today I decided I was never going back tho at least to this Walmart location. I needed a personal care product that now is locked in a cabinet requiring an associate to unlock. I pushed the button and no help came. I could hear several employees chatting and laughing with each other nearby. The call was deactivated by someone and I pushed the assist button again. Same thing. And again. After three tries and knowing there were employees just hanging out, I just walked out. This store has some of the slowest laziest employees including at checkout. Oh and I am sick of getting panhandled by the door and in the parking lot. That’s intense.
The lady that runs the craft department is great though. She knows what’s up. She’s the only reason I gave any stars at all.

Always a horrible experience at this Walmart. No one can ever find a key or actually working. Had to find assistance and the employee requirement must be ” Be rude at all times, there is never any approachable employees ready to assist. Just go to West Milwaukee it’s Slightly better.

I’ve never asked a person there for help and returned satisfied. It’s always rude and not professional for me and everyone else I know. the place isn’t that safe too because of the neighborhood that it’s in and the people outside it.
they really need trained crew for such places. look at metro and whole foods for example.

This is the worst Walmart I ever seen in my 36 years of living. The place is nasty I have seen employees take old food that has falling on the floor and been there for a long time and still sell it. They make they own rules everytime u go there. They have nothing but bad attitudes, employees smelling like they just smoked weed. They look high all the time. And very disrespectful. I wish they would close it down. And start something else there. Like maybe a homeless shelter.

For what’s it is, I only shop here because it’s close to home and I drive on premium gas. The employees never know anything, it’s never their department, they’re always on the phone, there always someone asking to check a receipt after self check out. I do like the upgrades that they’ve made.

My family and I went shopping here on 12/27/2022 at around 1:00 PM and a middle age Hispanic employee (she wears glasses and is heavy set person, around late 50s in age) was super rude to us. She was always socializing with other employees the whole time we were walking around, for around 40 minutes. When we asked her to price check something (only two freaking items) she was so annoyed and kept rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing (and speaking in Spanish saying something rude. I understand some Spanish). She didn’t speak English but was always with other employees spoken English. She always has a cart but was not even working whatsoever. She shouldn’t work with human beings if she hates people so much.

Awful customer service, lady at self checkout. Picked mattress out tag in aisle said 64$ , scanned at $74. Politely said “excuse me this is ringing up wrong, woman was immediately combative and rude. I just wanted to leave so we paid and left I just couldn’t wait to get out. Lady followed me to my car and demanded to see my receipt. 5pm 11/21/22 long ponytail i work in customer service and am completely appalled by this ladies lack of professionalism.

My delivery order was delivered to the wrong house. They sent a pic of the porch they delivered it to. I didn’t recognize it. Spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get someone to answer my call. Finally, someone did. She was nice and sounded as frustrated as I felt. After two long tries to connect to the pick up department (5 min of phone ringing in my ear each time) she came back on and I asked to be connected to a manager.

Manager’s phone rang another 5 minutes with no answer and no answering machine. Finally, a neighbor, who walked around the neighborhood asking about the order made it to our house and we got the order 45 minutes after the initial delivery. The ice cream was soup. He said his wife kept calling this Walmart as well several times and when she finally got through was told, “don’t worry. The groceries are yours now.” Nice, in this economy to be paying for someone else’s groceries.

So, I will not be shopping or ordering from this store ever again.

Today, December 23 I experienced the worst customer service experience EVER, in the Customer Service/Money Center of all places. The cashier, Becky/Rebecca was rude and had the nerve to blame the wait on the Customers. A young lady she was helping send a Money Gram order to, which was her first time ever sending money, she told her that basically she was the reason why the long was being held up. She needs to be retrained or moved to a different department asap. This is definitely unacceptable.

They delivered the wrong order to my house. I called every department in Walmart for an hour. NO ONE answered any of the calls except the pharmacist and she was not able to transfer calls. She said she would let the supervisor know and give me a call. Guess what? No one called back! I will never use Walmart for groceries ever again, especially the one on 27th Street and Ohio Street. Don’t waste your time with them….

I love shopping at Walmart late at night me and my grandmother who is passed away now but I still love and remember and enjoy every time I get to spend hours at Walmart late at night when no one is there and most all people are at home sleeping. Good Walmart great employees very cheerful happy helpfully respectful Walmart Employees…

Only a handful of registers were open, as usual. Shelves were a disaster, store was dirty. To top it off , my car was blocked in by a row of carts that someone (unsure if it was a worker who put them there or customers who just started a new row) put right behind it. Reminded me why I haven’t been to Walmart in years.

Received gift cards for Christmas and added them to my app for convenience while traveling. Cashier was lovely, but needed assistance with Walmart pay. Cashier in lane next to us came to assist but had HORRIBLE Customer skills. Essentially told me that I need to carry the cards from now on… I’d give zero ☆ for her attitude alone if I could.

Usually I use the self checkout. But I had a bunch of heavy awkward items so I went to an actual checkout. The cashier named Chris was extremely rude. He made me pick everything up separately because he said it wasn’t his job to come around and scan items like all the other cashiers do. It took home FOREVER to check us out. He even stopped twice in between scanning items to check his phone. He also got distracted every time someone walked by. Kind of just tossed the receipt to me without even saying anything. Will definitely not be coming back.

Giant store makes it difficult to find items easily… Isles crowded with carts and restock makes it more difficult. Employees try to assist but it is a giant store.
    Update

I changed review to five stars. I bought a Canon printer and could not get it to work. So I called Canon helpline. They inform me that I needed to spend another $200 to fix my computer problem before my printer would work.
(Of course only they could fix it for the $200) Since I had a printer working just not correctly. I refused, then took the printer back to Walmart. They returned my money without question.

Very chaotic energy at this Walmart- and every other one, really. I don’t think the workers enjoy their jobs, but who would?

Customers leave items everywhere. Frozen breaksticks on the yarn shelf. Hot chips and baked goods in the baby food aisle.

It’s a Walmart, and I guess I’d come to expect a little bit of hectic vibe, so it’s pretty standard.

Updated design and layout. The staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the vision center.
Self check out by the parking lot is a significant change!

Liked it better when it was open 24 hours. It’s kind of run down now, even with the recent refurbishment. Also, the grocery variety could stand to be increased. They tend to sell out of stuff often, but maybe that’s typical these days.
I would have gave kudos for having the Sugar-free Blueberry Mott’s Apple Sauces, but they stopped carrying them recently. They were hard to find locally, except here.

Love how the auto care center says open at 6am when that’s not true. We have had a tire emergency since 1am and we just watched two employees ignore our call twice and put carts in front of the door. Couldn’t even confirm if you are closed for the day.

Asked several people to help with the price and loading of a very large purchase. They all were too busy or sent me to someone else who also was too busy I went through seven employees and in the end a total stranger help me figure out the price and another total stranger helped me load the boxes into my car. Customers at Walmart were a million times more helpful than the staff.
