- Communicate with the host. Once you’ve booked the Airbnb, be sure to communicate with the host. Ask them any questions you have about the property or the area. You should also let them know your arrival and departure times.
- Meet the host in person. If possible, try to meet the host in person before you check in. This will give you a chance to get to know them and ask any last-minute questions.
- Check the security features. Once you’re at the Airbnb, be sure to check the security features. This includes things like the locks on the doors and windows, the security system, and the smoke detectors.
- Be aware of your surroundings. When you’re out and about, be aware of your surroundings. Don’t leave your belongings unattended, and be sure to walk in well-lit areas.

in the last weekAbsolute worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Require actual cash for the deposit but don’t know where ATMs are located. Staff was snarky about our misunderstanding that they wanted cash in hand rather than a debit card.Room was quite old, dated, damaged and smelly. Pillows were old and hard, sheets were covered in some weird black fur/hairs, mattress was full of permanent dips. But there were plenty of warnings that any dirt would result in forfeiture of our deposit. We took pictures of everything lest we be charged for all previous damage.
We thought there was a mentally ill homeless person wandering around the parking lot because he kept staring at us and was yelling at all hours of the night. Keep circling back in front of our room and trying to look in our window. I thought we were going to be robbed. Turns out he apparently works there.
We checked out early, and they wouldn’t refund our remaining nights. Refunds for unused nights are pretty standard in hotels so this was really skeevy of them. Better off paying for a real, commercial, stay.
2 months agoOverall, I had a great experience with the (hotel name); staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to enjoy a relaxing break4 months agoWe got a room, stale urine in the toilet! No toilet paper, no hand soap! Inside fridge spilled stuff not cleaned, drawer next to bed inside dirty! Bathroom floor dirty! When we opened the front door and looked back you could see how filthy the floors really were! Oh yes they don’t take the trash you have to take it yourself to a dumpster out back! No handy cap access in the front of the hotel, we used the loading ramp in the back of the hotel!2 months agoThe location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and dining options. Whether I was exploring the city or relaxing in the hotel, I always felt that I was in the perfect location.2 months agoNice and Clean Rooms and staff is very helpful. Added into my favourite place as the staff and ambience is very cool. Very appreciable

Very relaxing and cozy home, yet there’s plenty of space for everyone. Kids enjoyed the games and hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked. Showers were nice and hot with great water pressure. Super clean and quiet! Would stay there again.
We enjoyed our stay immensely. Very clean and quiet. The hosts have provided all necessities plus extra touches, such as hot tub and wine. Great view also. We look forward to staying again soon. Highly recommend
Very nice and clean hilltop home! Comfortable beds, a user friendly kitchen, the seating in the living room was designed with conversation in mind. Or ready for big screen entertainment. Downstairs big room is set for games, party or what suits your fancy.
Deck, hot tub and spectacular views of the Treasure Valley round it out. As a place we shall go back to!
This place was huge! We arrived to a warm house and a hot hot tub, red wine on the counter, chilled rosé in the fridge, lots of thoughtful details, like coming to stay with a dear friend. We easily slept 5 different families, and could all be together or some playing games downstairs, some in the 3-butt kitchen, some hanging out in the living room, others on the back deck or in the hot tub. We loved the quiet farmlands and views of the lake and mountains, and could walk the trail. A quick drive to town and we found lots of little shops, parks, and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure good and the water hot, and everything obviously recently updated, so we may move in!
Loved it! Great little (big) place on the hill with a fabulous view!! Shelly the owner was also fabulous! So patient and kind with my very talkative 7 year old!!! ❤️❤️ Will stay again! We had a great night playing poker in the game room and just really decompressing.
