  1. Usually go there to do grocery. Prices are on the rise everywhere and at time they don’t have vegetables we need, but we understand the weather and all that in Saskatchewan. Decent place to shop. But most of the time not all the self check outs were open. Staff usually nice but under paid.

  2. Exceptional customer service!
    I accidently left a custom photo calendar in my cart after loading me purchases in my car and returning the cart. When I went back about 45 minute later, it was no where to be found. While I searched in carts all over the store and parking lot, quite a few employees asked if they could help me (even a customer or two asked to help) which was really nice. Of particular mention for their helpfulness was one of the young gentleman who was collecting carts (and was ultimately the one who found my calendar in a cart) and the young lady at customer service who took my name and number and called me when my calendar was found.
    I will most certainly shop there again! And I am very appreciative that there are still kind, caring and helpful people around.
    Thank you for your amazing customer service. Keep up the good work! It certainly made my day better!

  3. The customer service has really gone down hill the last couple years. The pharmacy, customer service and online order department are slow. Customer service frequently just doesn’t answer the phone. Took over 15 minutes to get a refund. Only half of the self check outs are working and only 3 registers open. I won’t be shopping here anymore and will be removing my prescription refill from pharmacy. I’ll use another pharmacy.

  4. Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Just complete incompetence. Workers need more hands on training with supervisors. Along with the grocery staff who either say ‘sorry don’t speak english well, yeah’ or have no idea what Sage is. Any and all incompetence falls on the leaders and supervisors. Such a simple thing to manage.. in conclusion I will never be back to a Walmart.

  5. I really enjoyed my experience in this Walmart, and it was thanks to the wonderful staff at this location. Namrata greeted me with a smile and was extremely polite, I was very impressed with her customer service skills Because she acted as if she loved working here, that she loved her job and I really like this quality in people. She was very patient with me after a big shopping cart full of items and had a smile the whole time. It is workers like her that bring customers back, I am beyond thankful to have experienced someone this kind and passionate about her work!!

    They really need to keep it well maintained and should stow more materials. This place is barely stocked up as compared to all the other locations. Their vegetables and fruits are never fresh no matter what day you go.

    Went and bought a freezer and the Manager got us a trolley. As we approached the checkout, the Manager put us through immediately. I was going to go through a different cashier. When we took back the cart, the greeter thanked us and took it from us. This was the best experience I’ve ever received. Thank you. I never got their names, but if they see this, they’ll know who they are. You made my husbands and my day. Great Service!!!! This was at Walmart South!!!

    Store was clean, that’s the only reason I gave it one star. People working at the till were rude. I always try to use a real employee at check out (at all stores) and the few times I have been there this past 6 months I have had an employer raise their voice at me( because I was paying with my phone app, which worked, but apparently Samsung ruins their systems).On my second visit of one my items was “passed” so hard it fell off the counter and was damaged. I refused to pay. All in all, they are not kind and I’m not sure if it comes from management and how they treat their employees or their working environment.

    Pretty well all self serve now. Only few cashiers remain, and long line wait times for those few tills. No longer grocery shop here for the inconvenience. They have robots taking over peoples jobs.

    Disappointed with my product(Fridgedare water cooler)recently received from an online order. It came damaged and then I was told I had to return it by myself even though it was delivered. They also have yet to offer any alternatives (price reduction) very disappointed.

    I would not go back to this Walmart even if there was a zombie apocalypse and they were giving away treadmills. On my last visit a staff person accused me of theft as I picked up a food item and moved it to my cart. They had a licorice display inside of a self serve til area. His verbal accusation was grounds for a lawsuit but I moved on and foolishly spent my money there anyway. ‘No customer service’ has been their standard for years now. We went in one time and asked a floor clerk to help us buy a big ticket item. I asked if he would get us a flat bed cart and he said Yes, then he walked away and said out loud that he was going ‘on lunch’. Just like that kid, I won’t be seen again. Amazon for the win.

    Used to go to that location, but changed my review because of bad experiences with costumer service. Felt humiliated over the store mistake. You can find anything at wallmart, from food to cleaning supplies to clothing. Everything you need in one place. Big parking lot outside.

    We recently went to Walmart to buy gift cards for our employees for Christmas. We asked the clerk for 35 $250.00 gift cards and we were told that this was not possible. We then asked to speak to the store manager for an reason as to why they would not take our money. He was very short with us and would only say that it was company policy to only sell us a maximum of $1000.00 to any one person. We were upset with the manager’s answer to our question. We deserve to know why they would not take our money for the gift cards. We now have decided to no longer shop at Walmart.

    It’s more than disgusting! I have been waiting for my online order to be brought to this location around one month without any progress. I received a strange phone call at 6.30 am from some robot saying that “Amazon representative…” bla-bla-bla and a woman telling “Hello, hi” like it was not in early morning but sometime in the afternoon. So I just blocked this number because it was similar to scam call. After that I realized it was actually a Walmart call. First strange thing. Second strange thing was that, unexpectedly, I received an email about my order will be refunded because they lost my order somewhere in transit. How this huge item can be lost? It’s not a mug or pen, it’s a huge box. And I believe it wasn’t lost today or yesterday. At least it was lost half a month ago, but nobody gave any updates nor I could track my order, only similar and usual answers, that’s all. I believe they did it in purpose because I bought this item with discount and someone wanted this item, so they stole my order. It was my first experience ordering something online huge in Walmart and it will be the last. I won’t recommend anyone order anything online in Walmart because you won’t receive your order and you won’t get any updates until it will be automatically refunded to you after one month. I’m so angry and dissatisfied. I know that my comment will not have any effect on Walmart’s sales, but maybe it could help other people no to do my mistake ordering things from Walmart. Shame on you, Walmart, shame on you. I also adding a screenshot from my phone which was taken on January, 26. It shows that my order was supposed to be delivered on January, 19, but I didn’t get it and the only answer I’ve got was “Wait another 1-2 days or weeks”. Shame on you, walmart

    Maybe I just expect too much out of customer service because I am a manager myself but once again a local store has failed miserably. Walmart and Superstore are the two main stores that we spend most of our $$$ at. Maybe will be only one of them now. Or drive across the city to the other two Walmarts. Went into Walmart today to get birthday presents for my daughter’s friend Walking by all the clothing there was a huge clearance rack with leggings My daughter picked a bunch of colours she liked but when we went to go pay for them one of them did not come in at the right price. We got one for her and one for her sister of every colour that she chose. The front end manager was called up to help us with the price override but instead of even trying to help he just said the price on the sticker is the price you pay and would not even go check I had to quickly rush back and get one myself to bring up to price check Then they told me I could get the price on one of them but not both because the sticker was only on one even though they were identical They also would not honour the scanners code of conduct They proceeded to void my entire transaction and then tried to charge me for three of the leggings when I only wanted two after 20 minutes I was finally on my way when the original front end manager could’ve just tried to help us himself Just adding an edit after reading some other reviews I would agree with other unhappy customers that the staff try to make you feel humiliated to give up on what you were asking for Keep you there so that all the other customers can see you upset acting like you are the problem when they should just say sorry and make it right over the couple of dollars
