  1. We first visited this place last month for my sister’s tooth extraction and dental check up. In less than a month we have made a total of 4 appointments with Dr Tham. My 12 year old sister had a dentist appointment with Dr. Tham and she was great with her. Very patient and caring towards my sister. She made her feel comfortable and was able to get the job done. She explains what she is going to do and doesn’t hurt you. My fillings were all nicely done and painless, compared to the last time i did in school. I don’t trust anyone else in my mouth. The waiting area is very clean, comfortable and the wait time is short as well. Furthermore, there’s a follow-up after every visit asking any issue or any pain encountered after the treatment. Top notch dental care and excellent customer service 🙂 Thank you for your skill and professionalism!

  2. I appreciate the excellent customer service & treatment provided. All the staffs are very friendly, gentle, informative, professional & skillful. Their facilities are equipped with all the relevant equipments. One of the most advance dental clinic in Kuching. They no longer use appointment card but digital online appointment where you can add to your mobile calendar as a reminder, shows they adapt to the digital & modern era that we are in. They have a very healthy environment, positive space & good security which makes me feel safe & comfortable. I’m glad I chose MySmile Dental Clinic for my braces treatment.

  4. The best dentist in Kuching. Easy to make & reschedule an appointment. The clinic clean and got modern facilities. The dentist was so gentle to my daughter. No tears from everyone. Everything went smoothly. Definitely will be 6 months routine check up for my kid.

  5. Room for improvement :

    Do not simply delay the appointments of other customers and take their time slots just because the earlier customer came late for their appointment. Please rearrange the time slots for that particular customer instead.

    Please prepare enough slippers of various sizes if you require the customer to wear the in-house slippers.

    My initial thoughts were to give a 3-star rating, but it deserves a 5-star rating considering the following facts:

    The clinic is well-kept and very clean.

    The staff are very nice and friendly.

    The dentist is excellent.

    Their customer care efforts are excellent.

    I must say it could be the best dental clinic in Kuching

    By far, it is one of the best dental clinics in Kuching! Recommended! They will open up soothing music and even Netflix for you to watch.

    I received a reminder 2 days before my appointment. The clinic was clean and quiet, with comfortable sofas. The front desk staff was very polite. The dentist was professional and skillful. He also answered my questions patiently. I don’t remember about other dentists’ fees. I was charged RM100 separately for cleaning and filling.

    I always have a phobia about dentists but… This is my 1st time coming here for filling. Almost half my front tooth was gone. Dr Chieng was super friendly & reassuring but very professional right from the start; you’ll warm up to him instantly. Totally painless & I was completely comfortable throughout. He’d keep you informed on what he was going to do next & then would painstakingly contour the new filling to ensure it meshes well with the lower teeth. When done, my tooth was like new again!! He also generously gave useful advice. Greatly cured my phobia & now I can’t wait to have my other tooth done. Heads above the other dentists I’ve been to & I’ll bring my family here from now on. You should try it out too; you won’t be sorry. And price is great too. I would rate 6 stars if I could. >100% RECOMMENDED!

    Had my tooth extracted today. Very polite & helpful receptionist & nurse. I always like a doctor that is very informative. It was smooth, he try to make the process as painless as possible. The pain was little to none I would say. I had a bad experience by some other clinic before so I know… Highly recommended!

    I did Root Canal Treatment (RCT) back in July but then had an infection so I decide to go to Klinik Pakar GH rather than another round here since the doctor suggest untuk pull rather than save the tooth. I did 3 visits at klinik pakar and the specialist complaint about the workmanship for RCT, did a thorough XRay at GH since my case is quite unique. If only for tampal and cabut, here is okay la. but if you want good treatment go to hospital since they have enough equipment, better skills and staffs at the klinik pakar. I would never recommend this clinic again since it has been so many times I tampal here, selalu tercabut tampalan. Then RCT is the worst la. enough.

    Good doctor but LOUSY STAFF, based on previous review here, service getting worse started 7mth ago. They failed to arrange timing, differenciate between appointment & walk in, even had an appointment still need to wait more than 2 hrs time UPFRONT at least not included time they spent came days before. so whats the point make an APPOINTMENT?? NO STRATEGIC TIME PLANNING FOR BOTH APPOINTMENT & WALK-IN PATIENT. PLEASE APPRECIATE PEOPLE TIME CONSUMING. Pls dont assume all people failed at make it on time to come, plus the front staff simply rated themselves degree of pain their patient had, regardess its just a minor pain/checking, everybody deserves to be treated equally since this is not a gov clinic. Pls separate which days for those with appointment only & other days for walk in.

    I have been waiting a very long time. From 11pm so I decided to go back at 1pm because I was give up to wait. Please make a proper appointment instead of walk in. Please value other people’s time. Feeling disappointed. Better molah di government klinik mun camtok.

    I had visited Klinik Ria Izznur few times this year. Great service I received. The front desk staff and dentist are professional and friendly. Very comfy place also😇

    Waited way too long.Came at 2.30 pm for registration then the staff told me to come at 6 pm. I thought the treatment starts at 6 pm but I had to wait for other patients for their treatments which took more than 1 hour. Later I decided to go home at 8 pm.I felt stupid. 🙂
