- Reviews:Did my braces here and am currently on treatment. The place is clean, the price is affordable, most staffs are supportive and the dentists are attentive. For each visit, I would have a new dentist attending me (I was only informed about this during my second/third visit.) Due to this, the process can be confusing at times. For example, during the first visit, I was informed I don’t need any extraction; but during the second one, I was informed that I needed extraction. I understood the change happens depending on progress and I respect their expertise, but being transparent and setting the right expectation is something I would appreciate as a patient/client. Most dentists will take their time to explain things if you ask. I really appreciate this gesture as it helps me to be an informed consumer and understand the process. Big shout out to those dentists! (Sorry for not being able to name them as the random assignment does not help with rapport building). Overall, my experience here is okay and I noticed the management is improving. Note: I’m still on my braces. I will update the review again once my treatment is complete. The doctors also very nice and explained every details about braces. The price also affordable compared to other clinic. The prices are fairly reasonable and most people get their braces done here. The whole process was very instant and waiting time was not long. The following monthly appointments are also very flexible as they’re open daily. This clinic used to be my favourite clinic to do scaling but recently their service has became very disappointing. I’m not sure if it’s the same doctor or not but usually after scaling session I will feel clean but this time it’s not. Doc just did the cleaning for a very short time. Sorry to say but the quality just drop drastically.
