Where can I begin! From start to finish my appointment was flawless! The young lady at the front desk met me with kindness. Dr.Dukglas (I hope I’m not butchering it) was phenomenal. I felt cared about, seen, and I was well informed. I didn’t feel rushed even though it was towards the end of the day. During my realignment (my first) and after I was laughing. It was a beautiful relief but I am truly excited about maintaining the progress I’ve made thus far. I love that if I’m in pain from gardening, shoveling, house painting… I can feel better instantly. A massage therapist comes to the facility, a huge plus. My husband and I have been patients for about a year now and we love it!! Dr.Oles is the best!! Come expecting great professional services that are tailored to your needs for better quality of life.
The chiropractic care I was received was fine. What is unfortunate is that despite having payment information on file, they sued me for $112, which then became a $386 judgment against me. My advice would be to make sure insurance covers all of your treatment, call them after each session to confirm the balance is paid in full, or find a chiropractor who communicates clearly. I received one voicemail from their office and one letter from a law firm eight months later. According to small claims court, that is enough to triple the balance of treatment less than a year after it was received. The 1.4 star counsel they use to collect is unprofessional. Raising their voice at a pro-se defendant, cutting them off while speaking, and making snide remarks during a hearing is certainly not behavior I would expect from anyone in the legal profession. I guess that is what you should expect when part of someone’s legal practice involves filing a lawsuit to collect $112.
Elizabeth and the entire staff are awesome! Elizabeth took the time to fully understand what was happening with my back in order to best approach my treatment. Then created a treatment plan that is working wonders for me! I highly recommend her and the Chiropractic Company
