  1. Just an average Walmart, with lots of great prices. I’ve never seen produced packaged in saran wrap at a Walmart before so it was nice that no one else is actually touching the food, but sad to see all the plastic waste. We were able to find everything we needed and the store had an easy to follow lay out. Lines moved fast and self-check out helps to speed things up.

  3. This branch of walmart is very clean. I like all the accommodating staff and they really have a good sushi bar that I really like for its very affordable and delicious rolls. Parking is spacious too! They also have mcdonalds inside

  4. This Walmart has high quality and fresh meat. I don’t even smell it. I went to buy meat to make beef bone soup. I bought beef bones, suji, and arongsatae. The price is cheap compared to other places. I also bought la galbi. There are some that are sliced ​​in the freezer section, but if you tell the meat section the thickness you want, cut them yourself. There is a Korean-speaking staff at the meat corner.

  5. Very conveniently located with huge amount of free parking and surrounded by various other brands. It’s a quite big store of Walmart. Easily accessible through york transit too. I suggest that Walmart should tie up with a eating outlet other than Mcdonalds so that vegetarians have an option to eat something.

    Not enough cash registers open. Not sure why you put in self checkout.. we do the cash out and you still do not have them open? Lined up all the way down the store. With 1 cashier and 4 self checkouts. Makes zero sense.

    Terrible. You go to the self check out and they don’t have enough booths open for some reason. What is the point of having self checkout if you need wait in line? You might as well go to the cashier if you are going to wait. Someone employees are nice but others have bad attitude. Poor management.

    Worst ever! the most unorganized walmart & the staff is SO rude. there was only 1 cashier lane open (even though it was a Saturday mid day & extremely busy) so I went to self check out, I scanned all my groceries & then at the end of the order I used the hand held scanner to scan the 2 cases of water I had stacked in my cart (I pulled the scanner trigger 2 times on the top case so I didn’t have to lift it for the bottom case) & as we were leaving this very loud & rude employe ran over & said I only scanned 1 case of water & shows me a print out from my order & I said well I pulled the trigger twice &heard it beep both times! He said I gad to go back & pay for the item….as I’m looking at my bill trying to figure it out another employee comes over saying the same thing…in front of everyone! it was so embarrassing! I said why would I scan over $100 worth of groceries to take a $2 case of water & pay for one but not the other case?! i told them maybe they better open more lanes if they have to double check everyone’s order & chased people down for $2! it was handled very unprofessionally & made me feel so embarrassed. I will not be back to this location again

    They are discriminatory towards people and self check out is a joke… very very poor management. I know someone who works there and she get’s bullied by staff too… Terrible place. Shut this store down…. It’s awful. They falsely accuse you of stuff too…

    Overall an easy experience where I find all my needs for aging parents at a considerably lower cost. Staff at automatic checkout are helpful and in good spirits. Pleasantly surprised to discover an ever increasing number of organic foods I typically pick up at Whole Foods at more competitively lower prices. Unexpected and glad to see this new trend in Walmart offering healthier food options at much lower prices. Posted some photos for ease of reference. Life is Good! 🙂

    Wow…. I have never been so insulted….quote from part of the management team…”I don’t know what your problem is “….. and when I told her that this should never said to anyone she stated it was because she was Ethiopian…. I told her that her English was as good as mine…and then tried to say I was playing the “race” card…. she even said it to the male manager. Omgosh….what a terrible experience. I will escalate this as I certainly did not appreciate the “race” card being used against me. No service with a smile at this Walmart!!

    The lady in the costumer service was rude in handling our transaction for showing our coupons for the items we purchase. It was our first time being insulted in a way that she assumed we didn’t understand the terms regarding the copies of coupons. The store is wonderful, but it was a terrible experience with the lady in the costumer service.

    Was there last night helping my daughter with her shopping. It was clean, a great employee helped us and the checkout was quick. Not the biggest Walmart but it is a good one.

    Horrible customer service I tried calling the electronic department no one answered the phone after it ringing for 15 mins I called back multiple times to each department and the phone was ringing foe 10 mins each time hopefully corporate will come and do a inspection soon and provide much needed customer service training to all staff soon

    I was at the store Friday (12.16.2022) night around 7:45pm and there was only one register open. The line up to cash out was long. I even heard a man ask twice if the other vacant registers were self-check out machines (dude I wish). At least two-three other people who were waiting made comments about the size of the lineup. The service was so slow and I really didn’t understand why the cashier didn’t request backup. There were a few other employees doing other task like merchandising or greeting. What really irritated me was that there was another lady standing behind the woman cashing people out. I don’t know what her purpose was because she wasn’t even helping bag groceries. My mom had joined the line and had a few things to check out. Just before it was my turn I went back in the line and took her stuff so I could pay for it all together. There was no way I was going to stand there all night waiting for her to be cashed out next. When I got to cash I asked them what was going on and if they didn’t see the huge line up? Neither could answer and went silent. Before it was my turn the cashier was asking everyone for donations and if they’d like a bag. When I started to ask why the service was so slow and if they were understaffed she just shut down and didn’t ask me anything. She didn’t even read out my total bill. No “sorry for the longer than normal wait, we’re having trouble with staffing” or anything like that. You have to know how to respond in tough situations and deal with customer complaints. That’s like the third interview question asked during the hiring process in retail. Anyways, all I heard the lady behind the woman cashing me out ask was if she needed her to ring things through to give her a break. In my mind I’m thinking why don’t you jump on one of the many empty registers available and help clear this massive line up!? She then muttered something about it almost being closing time which wasn’t true because they close at 10pm. I really wasn’t impressed. Whoever the manager is or the person in charge during the Night Shift, needs to do a better job. They know this is the busiest time of the year, plan ahead! And that cashier and the lady behind her (maybe the supervisor) were just terrible. 1. Call for back up 2. Ask the supervisor wearing yellow behind you to jump on a register. Honestly I won’t shop at this location again and wouldn’t recommend anyone do so as well. Their service is always slow no matter the season. This visit really pushed me to write a review because the service was so bad and irritating.
